I would like to suggest installing handheld bidet sprayers in the bathrooms, as I believe this would significantly improve the comfort and experience of many of your guests.
A large number of your guests are from Arab countries, where handheld bidet sprayers are considered an essential bathroom facility and an important part of daily hygiene. Providing them would better meet the needs and expectations of these guests, enhance their comfort, and further improve their overall satisfaction with your hotel's services.

The room was large and quiet. I didnt hear anyone else in the room or corridor. The breakfasts were catered for everyone.
The lift closed quickly so if you didnt rush to go in, the door would close.

Shirely at the front desk is so kindly and good service. teh space of the room is a little bit samller，but is very cleaning，the cover is very good.
帮客户订，大堂气派，房间卫生干净，建议可以室内装修一下更好。前台小欧服务不错，办理完入住后还帮忙拿行李去房间。
Staffs are exceptionally good and helpful
Rooms are comfy, especially the bed and pillows, staff is nice.
