Good rooms but poor handling of room issues
Pros:

My low floor room did not have cigarette smoke smell so that was great. Beds were good. Room size is ok

Cons:

My wife's shower broke halfway on its own, and the reception team handled the situation very poorly. They sent a plumber who failed for rectify the problem and he also kept talking to himself which scared the ladies in the room. There was no female staff accompanying him so it felt like a dangerous situation.

No apologies given either, might be the Chinese culture to not accept any potential liability.

It caused us massive inconvenience and a emotionally traumatic experience.
