Nice place but would not describe it a resort as there are no spa services on site.
Pros:

Rooms were nicely furnished

Cons:

We asked for rooms with view of Valley, we got rooms with view of tree. Pool area next to our room was not yet open for season so we had to walk a bit to get to other pool area. “Mineral springs” looked like any typical hot tub.

Delightful! The flowers around the spa were lovely R
Pros:

Location is excellent for access to Tahoe and surrounding area
The rooms were well kept and all the amenities were in place for morning coffee and for a pleasant evening chatting over a glass of wine
The spa facilities were well kept and the pool was so welcome!

Cons:

I would have liked a cafe for a quick meal but appreciated that the shop had frozen quality entrees available

My stay was overall very good!
Pros:

My room was perfect for me, would not change a thing. The restaurant had good food, yet, the service was very slow. I had to wait a long time for my food.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant was very slow and the poor bartender had to mix the drinks AND deliver them.

We LOVED our stay and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend this hotel for families!
Pros:

The location was fabulous! If you don’t want to be in the busy Tahoe area and dealing with traffic to go anywhere, this is the spot! Not far at all from Tahoe, maybe 10-15 minutes and we had no traffic. It would take us longer to get somewhere when we stay in Tahoe. Loved how the property made you feel like you are at home. We booked the 2 bedroom villa and it was great! Lots of space, you don’t feel crammed and I love the full kitchen. We used the kitchen for breakfast and dinners. They also have grills on site, so that was great too! We love to bbq! The room also had two balconies to enjoy the view with your morning coffee. The staff was amazing! So welcoming, kind and everyone was so friendly.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the showers water temperature and pressure. It would take super long to get warm, then once it’s warm it was impossible to lower it a bit cooler. The pressure wasn’t great either. Could have just been our room.

The grounds are spread out with a good view of the valley and mountains behind.
Pros:

hot Springs were nice. :Ocation was convenient for our purposes.

Cons:

I thought I was getting a king size bed. It felt a little small for a queen. The restaurant didn't serve a breakfast early.

Overall comfortable, is missing some of the amenities to justify the price.
Pros:

Beds were clean and comfortable.
Rooms were roomy and spacious.
Pool was nice and clean.
The location is perfect for the wedding we attended and the views are also very wonderful.

Cons:

The fridge froze our food.
The microwave in the room was extremely bright and shined right at the bed making it hard to fall asleep.
There were only 2 bath towels. We had the two of us and our son so we didn’t have enough towels for our family. Additionally, I like having an extra towel for my hair so I don’t drop water everywhere.
The lighting in the bathroom was not great. There was also no other mirror in the room besides the bathroom. It made getting ready for the wedding difficult.

We had a wonderful time & look forward to going back.
Pros:

Very spacious 1 bedroom villa. 7 hot tubs which was more than advertised which was a bonus. Beautiful scenery & grounds & nearby trails. Great restaurants nearby. It was relaxing when we stayed there which is what we were looking for, but we heard it can get busy once school gets out.

Cons:

Pool tiles were missing & I felt the maintenance of the pools & hot tubs could be improved.
My husband didn't like the time share presentation request. We just wanted to check in & be on our way & not be pressured to listen to a presentation which we declined.

Drove away feeling relaxed.
Pros:

The room was clean, big, and beautiful views. Hot springs were wonderful!

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. Very used and probably needed to be replaced. Husband actually had to sleep on the couch.
