Once you spend your night at the hotel on 24 and 31 December, we will arrange and set up activities for Christmas and New Year's Eve. We highly welcome everyone to join. The charge is VND 1,200,000 per person for Christmas or New Year's Eve. This is an extra charge only.

Please note that the 'Standard Double or Twin Room' doesn't have windows.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Exceptional and genuinely caring staff who turned every small moment into wonderful experience.
Pros:

From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt incredibly welcomed. The staff here are truly amazing and made our stay memorable from start to finish.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and Jenny from the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She took the time to chat with us, helped us take some lovely photos, and shared many useful tips and recommendations. Her warmth and local knowledge helped kick-start an amazing trip for our family.

At breakfast, Emily from the restaurant delivered service that exceeded all expectations. She was attentive to every detail. Our son was still asleep when we came down for breakfast, and she noticed that one of us was missing. Without us even asking, she kindly offered to pack some breakfast for him. That level of thoughtfulness and care is truly next-level service.

A heartfelt thank you to Jenny, Emily, and the entire team for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi.

Pros:

The staff here is wonderful! Everyone we met was kind, helpful, and accommodating-from the front desk, to the restaurant and bar, cleaning staff, everyone was exceptional. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and they refreshed them daily. The breakfast buffet is amazing, and the BOGO happy hour at the bar is well worth it.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pool was being maintained while we were there, which is very unfortunate in June, when it is so hot! But that was the only issue we had.

There were a variety of food to choose for breakfast. Service was exceptional. Lunch and dinner are so good and tasty. Price is reasonable. Room is spacious and comfortable. Front staff are very welcoming, friendly and informative.

Location is great with some shops around. Walking distance to major sights - lake, church and restaurants. It's better to go on weekend as the night market opens.

The breakfast was amazing loved it. The staff at the hotel where amazing 4th time staying here and they remembered us and welcomed with open arms they reall looked after us. Would stay here again 100%.
