Pros:

Nous avons aimé l’accueil, la localisation, le confort de la literie, les boissons chaudes du petit déjeuner exquises! Aussi, le staff a été tellement gentil avec nous, nous nous sommes sentis si bien, ici à Hanoi, à l’autre bout du monde.
Merci Jenny pour l’accueil c’était super !
Nous gardons un merveilleux souvenir de ce séjour.

Très agréable séjour à HoiAn (3 nuits)
Pros:

La localisation parfaite, à 30 mètres de la plage, nombreux restaurants, salons de massage, dans une petite rue calme. L'équipe est adorable et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et à la carte. Le plus ? Vous rejoignez la vieille ville en 12 minutes en voiture pour 2,5 €... (Grab).Au calme la nuit et le matin et dans l'effervescence de HoiAn le soir. Top.

Pros:

L’hôtel est propre et bien situé, la chambre spacieuse et la salle de sport un vrai plus. Mais c’est surtout la gentillesse et le sourire de tout le personnel qui fait la différence !
Merci particulièrement à la jeune femme qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner et qui s’assurait personnellement que nous ne manquions de rien, et l’équipe du front office, dont Jenny, qui était toujours à l’écoute et à disposition pour répondre à nos demandes :)

We were extremely happy with our stay at La Nueva Boutique Hotel Hanoi & Spa. Everything was perfect, but what stood out the most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff.

Unfortunately, our luggage was lost at the airport on our way to Hanoi. The hotel staff helped us immediately and made the whole situation so much easier. They called the airport for us, followed up several times and took care of all the communication. In the end, we didn’t have to worry about anything anymore – we simply had to go to the airport and pick up our luggage. We really appreciated their support, especially after such a stressful start to our trip.

They were also very helpful with planning the rest of our journey. We discussed and booked parts of our trip directly with the team at the hotel, and they gave us great advice and support throughout.

Overall, everything was excellent: the hotel, the location, the service and especially the staff. The value for money is also very good. We felt very welcome and well taken care of and would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! 😊

Η τοοοθεδθα κσι το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά. Μάλιστα μας άφησε να μείνουμε μια ώρα παραπάνω στο chek out δωρεάν.

Cons:

Θα προτιμούσα να υπήρχαν στο πρωινό περισσότερες επιλογές ευρωπαϊκής κουζίνας. Οπως σε όλα τα ξενοδοχεία που άλλαξα στο Βιετνάμ ήταν περιορισμένες οι επιλογές
