Ubicación, comodidad y personal
Es hotel pequeño y no pudimos hacer late check out xq estaba todo lleno
Very attentive staff,qualitative architecture and interior design,very clean rooms and impressive views,0 metres away from the city center
Except the lack of parking,the best hotel we every stayed in. The street parking is very difficult to find so we had to walk 15 mins everyday to get to a big public parking
La ubicacipn excelente, cerce de todo . Unas vistas espectaculares de la playa san telmo y martianez. Sobretodo el estar tan carca del mar.
Quizas la zona de piscina, es una piscina muy pequeña.

La piscina cierra demasiado pronto, las sábanas estaban manchadas.
Faltan detalles para ser un 4 estrellas
Toda la decoración, tanto en la habitacion como el resto del interior del hotel.
También la amabilidad de todo el personal.

- If you want to pick which floor/room you need to pay extra
- No parking and almost impossible to find nearby free street parking (we paid > €30 for parking 5-10 min away)
Our room was directly next to the reception. We got back late from a tour and wanted to sleep in but there was so much noise from the reception in the morning (music from a speaker against the other side of the wall, phone ringing, talking). We could also hear chairs from the bar above being dragged across the ceiling.

Lovely facility and easily accessible. The only minor issue was the air conditioning , the room was quite warm
The rooftop was lovely, offering beautiful scenery and stunning sea views.
The staff were so friendly and smiley. The pool was amazing, and cocktails were so tasty. The location is absolutely perfect. We used to spa, which was lovely too.
We loved everything. The only thing i would say is that the area where the rocks are in the spa needs cleaning .
