Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit traumhafter Lage, hervorragendem Service
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der traumhafte Ausblick vom Frühstücksrestaurant – einfach einmalig. Auch die Rooftop-Bar ist ein echtes Highlight. Das gesamte Personal war während meines Aufenthalts sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein Base-Zimmer, das für eine Person überraschend geräumig und sehr komfortabel war.

Cons:

Mein einziger Kritikpunkt betrifft das Housekeeping. In den ersten vier Tagen wurde das Zimmer lediglich oberflächlich gemacht, das Bett gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt, jedoch nicht richtig gereinigt. In den letzten Tagen hat sich das deutlich verbessert. Ich habe den Mangel während meines Aufenthalts nicht reklamiert, möchte dieses Feedback aber gerne weitergeben, da ich denke, dass es zur Verbesserung beitragen kann.
