Отличное расположение, невероятные виды с балкона

Cons:

Номер был близко к ресепшену, поэтому невозможно было держать шторы открытыми, люди постоянно заглядывали в окна с террасы
В первый день на двоих дали только одно большое полотенце а в последний день в ванной бегал таракан

Cons:

La habitación que nos dieron estaba en la planta baja, al final del pasillo y daba hacia un patio interior. Parecía ser siempre de noche, no llegaba la luz del sol. Era bastante agobiante.

Llegar con el equipaje cargándolo desde lejos porque no se puede acceder con el coche hasta el hotel. Tuvimos que parar en un lado de la calzada y dejar el coche con los cuatro intermitentes porque teníamos que dar varios viajes, arriesgándonos a que nos multaran. Además, a la salida, estaba cortada la calle que desemboca en el parking de la plaza de Europa, por lo que se complicó aún más ir hasta el coche con nuestro equipaje.

Great location. Lovely rooms. Great views and the staff were superb. They handled every query I had so professionally and even upgraded my room. I stay In many hotels on the island and this one was the best service and experience I’ve had so far

Primero y remarcar la amabilidad de sus empleados, la limpieza que tiene en todo el hotel, y lo cómodas que son las camas.

Si tuviese que poner una pega, sería al precio de buffet de la cena. Un poco excesivo para la poca variedad, pero la comida estaba exquisita, y el trato fue excelente
