A Truly Wonderful Stay at Chiem Hotel, An Bang Beach, Hoi An
Pros:

Our stay at Chiem Hotel was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and hospitality that made us feel at home straight away.(Thanks MyMy)
A special mention must go to Sara, the Reception Manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding.
Sara went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always happy to help with recommendations, transport arrangements, or simply checking that everything was going well.
We also want to thank the amazing team of MyMy, Julie, and Hannah.
These ladies are an absolute credit to the hotel. Their friendliness, enthusiasm, and genuine care for guests made every day special. They always greeted us with a smile and were eager to help with anything we needed.
The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and located just a short stroll from the stunning An Bang Beach.
The rooms are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect place to relax after exploring Hoi An.
The breakfast was another highlight of our stay.
Each morning there was a fantastic selection of fresh and delicious food, including local Vietnamese dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs cooked to order, and excellent coffee. Everything was beautifully presented and prepared with care, giving us the perfect start to each day.
What truly sets Chiem Hotel apart is its people.
The warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality shown by Sara, MyMy, Julie, and Hannah made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had.
We cannot recommend Chiem Hotel highly enough and will definitely return when we visit Hoi An again. Thank you all for making our holiday so special!

Obiekt butikowy, cisza i spokój. Personel uśmiechnięty i pomocny, wszyscy bardzo zaangażowani aby goście byli zadowoleni. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, wyśmienite śniadania. Bardzo blisko do plaży dosłownie minuta, oraz bardzo blisko do wielu knajpek, restauracji i barów. Bardzo polecamy ten hotel było cudownie, dziękujemy za tak świetny pobyt. Byliśmy aż 8 dni.

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. The family room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious, when we had an early pick up they arranged a takeaway breakfast box. The location is quiet, less than a minute from the beach.

There are lovely restaurants and day spas for massage nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at Chiem Hoi An Hotel in An Bang. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. Our room was spotless and well maintained and the breakfast was excellent.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. From the moment we checked in, every team member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and always greeted us with genuine smiles. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with any request sets them apart.

We highly ecommended Chiem to anyone visiting An Bang and Hoi An and can't wait to return next year.

We are already planning to return!

Our third visit to An Bang and our first time at Chiem. We absolutely loved our week stay - the staff are so welcoming, lovely and genuine, the location is amazing, and breakfasts were delicious. We are already planning to return and would not hesitate to stay at Chiem again.

The most beautiful stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the hotel is beautiful

We loved simply everything about our stay. If anything the pictures didn’t do it justice! Such a beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable rooms and so close to A Bang beach. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to balance the craziness of Hoi An with the relaxing nature of the beach.

Потрясающий отель на берегу моря.
Pros:

Прекрасный отель на берегу моря. Удобное расположение отеля. До пляжа 1 минута, до ближайшего города Хойан 5 минут на такси, до ресторана 1 минута. На пляже лежаки бесплатно , но необходимо купить либо напиток, либо что-нибудь из еды.
Сам отель очень чистый, мебель в отличном состоянии, есть все необходимое (чай, кофе, минибар - чипсы, вино, лимонады).
Завтраки- потрясающие. Очень вкусно. Заказ осуществляется накануне вечером по меню. Есть как европейские, так и вьетнамские блюда.
Отдельно хочется отметить девушек на ресепшен. Такие милые, улыбчивые, услужливые девушки помогали нам с решением вопросов (заказ такси, билетов, информации по достопримечательностям и так далее).
В отеле есть хорошо оборудованный спортзал, сауна, бассейн.
Этот отель рекомендую для отдыха!

Отель очень понравился! Доброжелательный персонал, всегда Вам улыбается. Очень вкусные и обильные завтраки, по меню выбранному Вами накануне. Номер был удобный со всем необходимым (фен, средства для душа, кофе машина и даже весы). До пляжа всего 2 минуты, до утреннего рынка 5 минут.
