موقع الفندق ممتاز الاستقبال ممتاز الموظفين ممتازين جدآ

Cons:

أنا كلمت الإدارة أنا كنت ساكن في غرفتين على الشارع العام وإزعاج السيارات توصل في الغرفة والسبب النوافد ليسة مانعة لاصواط يعني ازعاج أسواط السيارت تدخل الغرفة من النوافد ولا نسطيع النوم من كثرة أسواط السيارات والأبواب غير مانعة الإزعاج وانا كلمت الادارة وهم وعدوني ان يوصلون شكواي إلى مدير الفندق وانا احب الإقامة في هدا الفندق تحياتي للجميع

Good car parking space
Reception very clean and modern
Room well furnished, clean , all you need + kitchenet + washing machines special room . All in all was really great place

كانت الإقامة رائعة جدا الغرفة هادية ومطلة عالجبل شاهدت شروق الشمس البديع منها ،أشكر الأخ أمجد أحسن اختيار غرفة مطلة لي ،وكان استقبال الأخ رياض ممتاز جدا ،أشكرهم جدا وأشكر كل العاملين على الفندق ،لو جيت مرةثانية ابها سأقيم فيه ان شاءالله، وقريب من مركز المدينة وخدمات.

Location and prices were amazing.. The property itself is amazing.

Cons:

Staff was good but lack of professionalism. The way housekeeping staff came in during the checkout process and checking each and every thing inside the room in front of us was definitely turned-off moment. They were literally nit synced with each other. Their breakfast is below average..
