Personnel accueillant, chambre propre, repas très correct,

Cons:

Sur ce site qui fait de la publicité pour sa base nautique, s'entendre dire qu'il faut s'acquitter d'une licence de voile ou de planche à 200€, c'est vraiment abuser. Si c'était dans la description, nous aurions choisi un autre hôtel

Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff everywhere were very friendly and accommodating (reception, baggage, housekeeping, and the restaurant…), especially the very smiley lady who prepared our omelettes every day; she was beyond amazing with her attitude, as were the leisure staff. Water was provided and always available. There was a mini-shop within the hotel. The private parking was shaded. The Wi‑Fi was very strong. The beach was very close. They have more than one swimming pool, a water park, and a play area for the kids.
There is also a large, beautiful green garden area near the rooms, which adds a very relaxing atmosphere to the stay.
We will definitely return there!

Cons:

All was well. I would suggest that when a queen or king bed is requested, the two single beds be firmly attached to each other, so they do not slide apart with even minimal movement.
Also, I would kindly suggest considering regular treatment for insects in the garden near the rooms.

Pros:

Félicitations aux jardiniers très sympathiques pour l'entretien des jardins très fleuris et très beaux.Personnel très sympathique et très accueillant (chambre, restaurant et réception)

Cons:

Hôtel trop bruyant.(Bagarres en pleine nuit inadmissibles)Musique très forte et fatigante.
Beaucoup de touristes impolis et désagréables
Manque de respect.. Trop de fumeurs...
Dommage car l'environnement est magnifique

Cleanliness is very bad and the restaurant staff some are discriminating
Pros:

The chef was selective who to serve multiple times she would take orders for people standing after me in line! They remove the food while you are on. The table and the timing is very limited for the meals serving time

Cons:

The rooms had ants and insects all over hundreds and hundreds, under the bathroom sinks there’s spider webs all over, the cleanliness of the rooms is very bad. The closets smell so bad.

Chouette séjour

Les infrastructures

Cons:

Le fait de fixer l’âge des activités à 16 ans. Heureusement qu’ils avaient besoin de mes ados pour compléter les équipes. Ils ne l’ont d’ailleurs pas regretté… Heureusement sinon nous n’aurions pas pu faire de sport ensemble de toute la semaine. J’aurais vraiment été très contrariée dans ce cas. C’est pour cette raison que nous avions choisi cet hôtel !!!
J’y retournerai quand ils auront 16 ans pour éviter les mauvaises surprises. Et qui sait, peut-être y aura-t-il des terrains de padel à ce moment-là 😜

bien pour 1 semaine de vacances pour se reposer
Pros:

La propreté de la chambre, l'amabilité du personnel qui s'occupait du nettoyage de notre chambre & du restaurant, la piscine, les terrains de beach volley et les terrains de tennis et la qualité du restaurant

Cons:

La majorité des touristes était allemande et peu d'animateurs parlait français. Les personnes à la réception ne sont pas très aidantes: le coffre fort de notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas bien et la porte s'est bloquée à 3 reprises sur la semaine. La réception nous a envoyé plusieurs personnes différentes pour le réparer mais elle ne venait pas et nous attendions pour rien dans notre chambre ou bien elle n'avait pas les bons outils.
