Прекрасен престой в прекрасната Бурса.
Pros:

Закуската беше добра. Хареса ми разположението на хотела и отношението на Медина - отзивчива, усмихната и компетентна. Хотелът трябва да се гордее с такъв персонал.

Не ни хареса това, че край хотела имаше много магазини, заведения и пазари и похарчихме доста пари.

Pros:

Il staff è stato molto gentile quando li abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la nostra camera.
Perché l'albergo ha due lati uno con ascensore e uno senza.
Ce l'hanno cambiato subito e ci hanno dato anche una camera più grande.
Il bagno era la cosa migliore nel albergo.
l'albergo è praticamente nel centro storico ,vicino a tutti mezzi pubblici .

Cons:

La colazione aveva tanta scelta ,però secondo me dovevano mettere più prodotti locali.
Cosi la colazione era dozzinali .
I letti erano troppo morbidi ai lati e dura in centro.

Pros:

Petit déjeuner très varié, personnel à l'écoute et professionnel, hôtel calme et familial, non fumeur, je conseille aux familles et aux voyageurs adeptes de calme.

L'hotel è in una posizione centralissima e strategica per visitare Bursa, soprattutto è a due passi dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici principali. Struttura e camere curate in ogni dettaglio, con particolare attenzione alla pulizia. Personale cortese e disponibile, mi sono trovata benissimo e lo consiglierei a chiunque.

Die Lage ist perfekt.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht zufrieden.

Wir waren Gott sei Dank nur eine Nacht in der Unterkunft. Diese war insgesamt sehr laut. Da sich die Lobby direkt unter bzw. neben den Zimmern befand und die Fenster der Lobby offenbar nicht ausreichend gedämmt waren, war die Geräuschkulisse deutlich in den Zimmern zu hören. Auch die Zimmer selbst waren schlecht schallisoliert. Bis spät in die Nacht hielten sich regelmäßig Personen in der Lobby auf, die sich lautstark unterhielten. An erholsamen Schlaf war dadurch kaum zu denken.

Auch der bauliche Zustand der Unterkunft war enttäuschend. Der Fußboden war teilweise marode, eine Tür war beschädigt und das Badezimmer war stark von Schimmel befallen. Die WC-Spülung war zudem defekt. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten waren sehr schlecht.

Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr enttäuschend. Als wir zum Frühstück kamen, war beispielsweise überhaupt kein Brot vorhanden. Für die Anzahl der Gäste war das Frühstücksangebot insgesamt nicht ausreichend. Bereits kurz nach Beginn des Frühstücks, gegen 9 Uhr, waren auch keine Tomaten, Gurken und andere typische Beilagen mehr vorhanden.

Wir haben diesen Zustand angesprochen und uns darüber beschwert. Daraufhin wurde lediglich Brot nachgelegt. Weder Tomaten noch Gurken oder andere beliebte Frühstücksbeilagen wurden jedoch ergänzt. Für die Anzahl der Gäste war das Frühstück somit eindeutig nicht ausreichend.

Auch die Hygiene beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. Wir nahmen einen Teller mit Besteck und stellten fest, dass es noch deutlich nass und feucht war, offenbar direkt aus der Spülmaschine. Auf unseren Hinweis wurde lediglich gesagt, dass es frisch aus der Spülmaschine komme und nicht abgetrocknet werde.

Bereits vor Beginn der Frühstückszeit, als noch keine Gäste anwesend waren, unterhielten sich drei junge Mitarbeiter lautstark in der Lobby über einen privaten Autokauf. Die Geräuschkulisse war dadurch schon zu diesem Zeitpunkt deutlich wahrnehmbar.
