Pros:

Un Bel hôtel au centre de Borsa à proximité de tout: ulu mosquée à deux pas, restaurant, marché, boutiques et monuments. Les gens de Borsa sont très gentils et accueillants. Notre chambre.dhotel était confortable et propre et le personnel était gentil.

Cons:

Petite chambre pour nous 5 et le petit déjeuner n'était pas si bon.

Heryere yakin olmasi cok guzel.

Cons:

Temizlik konusu sıkıntılı, toz heryer yataklarin etrafi ve alt kisimlari. Odanin icindeki bir cok sey toz. Camlar pislik icindeydi.
Odadaki priz yerleri kirik ve yerinden oynamis ve yatak yastik bolumude o prizlerin altina denk geliyordu.

Het hotel is heel centraal gelegen. Verder zijn we heel goed geholpen door Eyüp, Osman, Kevser en Yusuf. We hoefden maar iets te vragen en het werd geregeld; handdoeken, kapperafspraken, adviezen..

🇹🇷 Bursa Grand Family Hotel'de konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Otel temiz, düzenli ve oldukça konforluydu. Personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Ödediğimiz ücretin karşılığından çok daha fazlasını aldığımızı düşünüyoruz.

Otelin konumu da harika. Ulu Cami, Kapalı Çarşı, türbeler ve birçok tarihi yere yürüyerek kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Bursa'yı gezmek isteyen aileler için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tekrar Bursa'ya gelirsek hiç düşünmeden aynı oteli tercih ederiz. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.



🇩🇪Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt im Grand Family Hotel in Bursa sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel war sauber, gepflegt und sehr komfortabel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Wir haben für unser Geld deutlich mehr Service und Qualität bekommen, als wir erwartet hatten.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Die Ulu Camii, die historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, die Gräber (Türben) und der Große Basar sind alle bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Für Familien und alle, die Bursa erkunden möchten, ist dieses Hotel eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn wir wieder nach Bursa kommen, werden wir dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall erneut buchen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
