The room and bathroom were huge. There was a fantastic balcony too. The bed was very comfy
Getting a hot shower took about 10 minutes every time, and on one occasion I had to have a cold shower. Slow service in the restaurant despite few diners. Couldn't crack the Internet connexion on the smart TV

This property is the perfect relaxing getaway in Limuru. The rooms are very luxurious and spacious, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stays amazing. They even left something special in my room while I was getting a massage. Special shoutout to Mary from reception and the general manager, they were the best!

The radio silence, how comfortable and clean the room was, the shower and hot water were heaven, the staff were very kind and supportive, and the meals were very good.

The place is easily accessible and set in a great location with beautiful green gardens and impressive architecture that gives it a charming colonial-era feel. The rooms were also clean and well maintained.
The staff seemed quite confused and uncoordinated. We were initially told dinner would be à la carte, but after ordering and waiting for about an hour, we were informed it would be a buffet instead, which had limited options. Dinner also took much longer than the 15 minutes we had been told.
