Relax, comfort e ottima cucina!
Pros:

Ottima esperienza! Accoglienza calorosa con drink di benvenuto, camera pulita e confortevole con un letto davvero comodo. Colazione ricca e varia, mentre la cena è stata eccellente, con piatti abbondanti e di qualità. Consiglio la Caesar Salad e il soufflé al cioccolato con gelato alla vaniglia, davvero ottimi. La grande piscina e l'atmosfera rilassante rendono il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Minden tökéletes volt! Udvarias személyzet, minden nap takarítanak, törölközőt cserélnek! Még a korai bejelentkezést is megoldották!! Reggeli is finom volt! Csodálatosan panoráma!!! Pazar volt!!

Un bellissimo posto dove ritornare per una nuova vacanza
Pros:

la struttura alberghiera è molto bella ed in una posizione meravigliosa per la tranquillità e per la vista sulla caldera e sul tramonto. abbiamo trascorso in questa struttura 10 giorni bellissimi. camera molto grande e dotata di piscina privata, bagno molto funzionale e pratico. camera ben insonorizzata e con impianto wi fi e aria condizionata ottimi. alcuni membri dello staff meritano un plauso. Angelo e Maria i piu' bravi e i piu' attenti!! è una struttura che con poco lavoro può diventare un vero gioiello dell'ospitalità a Santorini!

Cons:

nella camera avrei inserito un armadio chiuso o una cassettiera per i vestiti. per un soggiorno lungo ci siamo trovati un pò in difficoltà con una nicchia aperta per appendere i nostri vestiti. la colazione non è assolutamente all'altezza della struttura. spesso scarsa, mancanza di cibo già alle 9.45 (la sala colazioni chiude alle 10.30!!!) e mancanza di piatti, bicchieri e tazze per tutti gli ospiti. spesso c'era da richiedere e sollecitare il personale per il riassortimento. il personale della sala colazioni/bar abbastanza distratto e poco attento alle esigenze dei clienti. avevamo anche richiesto yogurt senza lattosio per mia moglie che poi non ci è mai stato fornito nonostante le richieste! il personale andrebbe seguito e motivato un pò di piu'. Angelo bravissimo e gentilissimo come anche la nostra cameriera della camera bravissima e pulitissima.

Pros:

The hotel is amazing, but view is absolutely stunning and the staff couldn't be better! They even gave us our friends a courtesy upgrade so we could stay in a room side by side, to improve our experience, and it did! 10/10 and I recommend this hotel for everyone!
