Incredible views of the Caldera
Pros:

Fantastic views of the island, great facilities, and very friendly and helpful staff. We had the suite with the hot tub, which we used every night.

Cons:

Hiking trails, while very nice, are not quite as spectacular as the one from Oia to Fira.

Site et vue exceptionnels
Pros:

Angelo, à la réception, vous réservera le meilleur accueil qui soit. L'hôtel est situé dans un site exceptionnel, à l'écart de toute activité touristique intense. Situé sur la pointe extrême sud de l'île, il offre un panorama sur la Caldera tout à fait impressionnant. La construction reste dans un esprit grec, avec la qualité et le goût qui l'accompagnent.

Was mir an dem Hotel besonders gefallen hat, war die ruhige Atmosphäre und dass man die aufgehende Sonne so wunderschön begrüßen durfte. Ich denke, die Lage ist perfekt für einen Aufenthalt auf Santorini geeignet.

Cons:

Für ein Luxushotel habe ich deutlich mehr Ehrlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Service erwartet.

Besonders enttäuscht war ich darüber, dass mir gesagt wurde, mein Zimmer sei bereits reserviert und deshalb kein später Check-out möglich wäre. Da mein Heimflug jedoch erst am späten Abend ging, wollte ich gerne etwas länger im Zimmer bleiben. Umso enttäuschender war es für mich festzustellen, dass das Zimmer weiterhin online buchbar war.

Zusätzlich hatte ich bereits vor meiner Anreise per E-Mail erwähnt, dass ich meinen Schnapszahl-Geburtstag alleine in Ihrem Hotel verbringen werde, und höflich nach einem möglichen Zimmer-Upgrade gefragt. Bei meiner Ankunft gab es jedoch keinerlei Angebot oder Reaktion darauf. Natürlich erwarte ich keine kostenlosen Extras oder große Gesten. Dennoch hätte ich zumindest eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, einen freundlichen Gruß oder irgendeine Form von Wertschätzung seitens des Managements erwartet. Gerade in einem Luxushotel hinterlässt das einen sehr enttäuschenden Eindruck.

Très bel hôtel avec une vue époustouflante.
Une chambre au top avec piscine privée, nous étions peu nombreux dans l'hôtel, nous avons eu le droit au petit-déjeuner emmener en chambre, au top.
Emplacement éloigné des villes trop touristiques des arrêts de bus proche de l'hôtel. Belles plages proche de l'hôtel
Un personnel bienveillant, agréable, souriant, aux petits soins pour ces clients.
Je recommande cet hôtel.

Pros:

Le personnel est très agréable et toujours prêt à aider. La situation géographique est excellente car à l'écart des "grandes" villes (Fira et Oia), en conséquence il y a très peu de monde, ce qui est bien plus agréable.

Çeşitlilik ve kalite iyiydi. Kahvaltı salonunun manzarası iyiydi. Açık büfe olması iyiydi. Her gün benzer şeyler olması, birkaç ürünün değişmesi dışında iyiydi.

Cons:

Havuzlarda ısıtma yok. Su soğuktu. Konumdan dolayı tepelik bi bölgede olduğu için sürekli esiyordu. Havuzlardaki suyun bakımını ve ısıtmasını sağlamaları gerekirdi.
