Original room was awful. Bathroom was disgusting, all of the beds in the dorm were covered in rodent poo and pee, the door the room wouldn’t even close, so it was just open to the outside. We left our belongings and returned after dinner to find the room full of hornets/wasps, literally everywhere.
Credit to the owner he put us into a private room after we showed him the videos of the hornets. However this room had ants everywhere, rodent poo everywhere, the shower head was fully broken off the wall, so we had to shower basically holding a hose up. The bed was rock solid. Even the complimentary toiletries had been eaten open by rodents. At this point it was 8pm at night and we just needed somewhere to sleep as we had no other options. He asked us to pay upfront after he showed us this room, to which we said yes we have cash. He then requested a bank transfer and said he wouldn’t take cash but we could sort it out later. He then tried to overcharge us original nightly rate, but eventually just accepted the cash.
There was only one other guest in the hotel, it was empty and horrid.
This was a shame as the reviews looked good, but I think there has been a change over ownership. I would stay far away from this accomodation at all costs. Do not stay here.

We stayed here as a family with two children and travelled by bicycle. We originally booked 2 nights and at the end stayed 5 nights. We enjoeyed the hotel and the beautiful area of Mai chau very much. The hotel is in the middle of Mai Chau but not in a very touristy area. It is very close to shops, market etc.. Nevertheless our room was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the owner and his wife very so nice. They helped us with every problem, made nice breakfast and took care of their guests. Thank you very much! We woul definitely recommend the hotel and would always stay here again.
super soft pillows and bed, got free bicycle rental, and owner was really really helpful in accommodating our late arrival time + helping up arrange for transport to hard to reach places such as go lau waterfall and thung khe pass

They need to inform us in advance in order to pay Only cash the bill. No fridge, shower heater was broken, water pressure was very low, bed was super hard like sleeping on floor.

The staff was incredibly kind, the location was perfect. A great bonus was the free bicycle rental, which made getting around even more convenient.
A budget friendly hotel. It is well located in the center of Mai Chau. The rooms are simply furnished but the mattress was very comfortable. You can use a bicycle or moped. The owner is very helpful. He arranged a transport to my next destination.
The rooms and breakfast area are not very tastefully decorated.
Staff were very friendly and helpful as much as they could.
No hot water for two days. We had to keep going to other rooms to shower. The beds were rock hard, rooms very bright and noisy at night from honking trucks and everytime another guest opened there door on any floor you could hear it. Probably one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed at. Wouldn’t recommend. Cheap and cheap.
Amazing stay!!!
The hotel is in the perfect place in the city. They let me take the bicycle whenever I wanted. The food was great. They helped me so much, I asked them to order me taxi for a whole day and they did, I had problem with my internet internet and they help me fix it, these guys are the best! Recommend!!
