整體來說，住宿的便利性和整潔度都很令人滿意，算是這次檳城旅行中不錯的住宿選擇。
Pros:

這次入住檳城的住宿，整體感受很不錯！最滿意的是住宿位置很方便，周邊生活機能完善，不管是外出吃飯、逛街或前往景點都很便利，對自由行來說非常加分。

房間整體也維持得很乾淨，入住時讓人覺得很舒服，基本的住宿需求都有照顧到，住起來很安心。旅遊一整天回來後，能有一個乾淨舒適的空間休息，整體住宿體驗很好。

Cons:

比較可惜的是房間可以放行李的空間偏小，如果帶比較大的行李箱，整理和拿取東西時會稍微有點不方便。如果能有更多收納或置放行李的空間，相信會更加理想

Nice hotel but not providing hand soap for guests is ridiculous!
Pros:

Good location, comfortable beds

Cons:

They didn’t provide hand soap. We asked 2 separate people at reception if we could have some for our room and they both stated the hotel didn’t provide hand soap. This is the most basic thing any accommodation should provide, so this brought down our score massively!

The room space is sufficient and 2 king size bed is convenient.

Cons:

The shower room without door; this will make the bathroom floor wet after shower, and create Harzard and risk to your customers.
The TV is not easy to turn on.. have to ask your staff to turn on TV.

لا أنصح الأشخاص اللذين لديهم أطفال بالذهاب إلى هذا الفندق يوجد لديهم رسوم إضافية في حالة طلب أي حاجة

المكان يحتاج مزيد من الخدمات

Cons:

تعامل الرجل الذي في الإستقبال سيء للغاية وليش لديه إسلوب في الحوار والفندق غير مناسب لإقامة العوائل حيث لا تتوفر فيه أسرة للأطفال ويطلبون رسوم إضافية.

Excellent.
Pros:

The location is perfect in George town. Since I love walking, I could easily find eateries, tourist places nearby. They provide water filter to fill bottles! Very neat and clean!

Cons:

Please add breakfast/restaurant as it gets easier for people travelling.
The walls are relatively thinner so sometimes sounds from the adjoining rooms can bother. It depends on how loud your neighbours are and if you are a light sleeper.
