A Deplorable Experience—Misleading, Unhygienic, and Unprofessional

This place is a disgrace to hospitality. The room was a claustrophobic joke—tiny, windowless, smelling musty—and nothing like the photos. Others have called it “misleading on pictures” and “claustrophobic”

Cons:

The location of hotel BKC Prime is very pathatic. Locality is too bad to stay with family. Building is very old and not maintained at all. All BKC hotels are housed in the same building on different floors. Rooms in BKC Prime are very tiny and majority rooms do not have windows. No toiletris are provided. Quality of linen is also very poor. You pay a very high tarrif for all these downgrade facilities,

Would not recommend it. It is misleading on pictures.
Cons:

The hotel smelled and was claustrophobic. It was not a hotel but a single floor. The person at the reception said a walk in rate is between 3000-3500 per night however I booked it at 5000 per night from booking.com

the reception person demanded cash or gpay and said their card machine was not ok.

We had a wonderful stay.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The manager was very helpful. I traveled with my parents and the manager and staff went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable. It was close to the US consulate.
