Checking的時候告知早餐改在4樓宴會廳吃圓桌，由於沒有在訂房時載明，而且圓桌可能必須與其他人共餐，將會影響住宿體驗。經向櫃檯反映後，隔日早上用餐時發現，除圓桌外，尚有安排2-4人的方桌，且桌間距離夠寬，雖然沒有室外街景可欣賞，惟仍大致兼顧住宿者的用餐需求。這樣的緊急處置得宜，顯見福容團隊仍以顧客權益為優先，值得肯定。

嶄新的設備，入住率高但是不影響使用體驗，無論用餐、入住退房、使用設備等等幾乎都沒排隊，管理得棒極了。

隔天早上再次跟櫃檯反應，有讓我們延遲一個半小時退房，不過全家都沒睡好。

當然退房時，有紀錄我們有反應問題，最後送上伴手禮致意，但真的很是ㄧ個理想的渡假經驗。
