Pros:

Хороший отель за свою цену в самом центре города. Пешком можно добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Есть так же свои парковочные места, если путешествуете на машине. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая добрая женщина. В номере чисто, несмотря на то, что это старый фонд и ветхое жилье вокруг. На первом этаже есть кухня, стиральная машина и все необходимое для готовки еды. Однозначно рекомендую!

Отличное местоположение, до старого центра мин 10-15 пешком, очень добродетельная хозяйка, говорит на русском) номер прям как на фото)
Маленький домашний гостевой отельчик, рядом церковь, классное место , рекомендую)
Были на машине, внутренней парковки нет , но мы поставили машину у церкви прям рядом с домом и все отлично)

Ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer in hervorragender Lage – in einem atmosphärischen Viertel und trotzdem ganz nah am Zentrum. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich, wir fühlten uns auf Anhieb willkommen. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – sogar Shampoo, Duschgel und Zahnbürsten stehen für Gäste bereit.

Очень рекомендую отель для гостей, желающих разместиться в самом сердце старого Тбилиси!

Удобное расположение отеля: близко к метро, шаговая доступность к основным достопримечательностям города. Отличный номер с широкой кроватью. В номере качественное постельное белье и полотенца. Есть балкончик, с которого открывается вид на церковь и центр города: с утра - выпить кофе с выпечкой на этом балкончике - просто идеально). Фишечка номера - это застекленная часть потолка - утром солнце проникает прямо в номер). Есть отдельная кухня (на первом этаже отеля): с плитой, микроволновкой, холодильником и всей необходимой посудой, отдельное помещение со столиками.
