Bien pour une nuit, mais pas à la hauteur d’un 5*
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien placé et le petit dej est très bon. La piscine est aussi très bien

Cons:

pPr contre pour un 5* les chambres laissent à désirer. C’est propre en revanche, à notre goût ça manque un peu de classe, les matériaux et équipements choisis ne sont pas de qualité.

Not five star .
Pros:

The evening meal was very good .

Cons:

What was supposed to be a very large double bed was made up of two
Single mattresses of different sizes with a ridge down the middle . So I effectively had to sleep on a small single bed . Had a bad nights sleep. Not what you would expect from a five star hotel . Staff wouldn't change the room or the mattress . Was given a mattress topper but it didn't really help.
No manager on duty at all that day which again I find surprising in a 5 star hotel.
Breakfast was ok . No offer of freshly cooked eggs ... you had to ask . Not five star .
No service around the pool.
Room was small with a cupboard that had no mid or longing hanging space . So all knee length dresses got creased .
No replenishment of water bottle in second day .

Rapport qualité-prix décevant
Pros:

L’emplacement, la piscine et la plage privée (Le Cocobaïa toujours au top). Le restaurant et le petit déjeuner avec énormément de choix.

Cons:

Par rapport à l’année dernière, nous avons remarqué une baisse dans la qualité des prestations. Plus de personnel mais moins qualifié ou peut être tout simplement qu’il manque de la coordination et de la communication. Malheureusement cet hôtel n’est plus digne d’un 5 étoiles mais plutôt d’un 4… On a vraiment l’impression de déranger certains et/ou de parler dans le vide puisqu’il faut répéter à plusieurs reprises les problèmes rencontrés dans la chambre par exemple.

Il faudrait vraiment un bon nettoyage du côté de la piscine. C’est un lieu super mais les transats sont dans un état désastreux, en 5 jours aucun transat n’a ete nettoyé et j’imagine que ça doit faire un bon moment que ça n’a pas été fait.

Dans la chambre, nous avons été déçus par apport à l’année dernière. Très bruyant, aucune insonorisation et les meubles etc sales ou non rénové. Une remise en état est nécessaire..

Nous avions pris l’habitude d’y venir une semaine chaque début d’été mais on passe notre tour pour 2027..dommage qu’un d’hôtel de cet qualité perde en l’espace d’un an autant de points.

Pros:

Location was superb, just a short walk to lots of restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Lovely beach bar associated with the hotel just opposite. Food was excellent both in hotel and at the beach bar.

Cons:

Rooms were lovely and recently done up by the looks of it. We had a garden terrace. Share with someone you know well as the bathing and shower facilities are within the main room with no privacy glass, toilet thank goodness was separate. We also weren’t able to alter the air con in room which might be fine for some but was pre set at 21 and I guess we just preferred it colder.
