A complete disappointment and nowhere near a true five-star hotel
Cons:

We paid €460 for one night in a double room with an en suite shower, and breakfast was not included. For that price, and for a hotel claiming to be five-star, we expected a completely different level of quality, service and attention to detail.

From the moment we arrived, the reception felt unwelcoming and immediately set the tone for the rest of the stay. The corridors were shabby, with stained carpets, and the hotel as a whole felt tired, dated and poorly maintained.

The entire property lacked the style, sophistication and sense of luxury you would expect from a genuine five-star hotel. The pool had no bar service, the equipment and furnishings were old, and there was no iron or ironing board in the bedroom. The only refreshments provided were one can of Coke and a bottle of water.

We were also shocked to find that guests had to pay separately for their own sun loungers at the beach club. At this price point, that is simply unacceptable and not something we have ever experienced at a proper five-star hotel.

The restaurant on the first floor was the only positive part of the stay, with good food and service. Unfortunately, it was not enough to make up for everything else.

Having stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, this was by far the worst experience we have had. It felt much closer to a three-star hotel and, at €460 for one night without breakfast, represented extremely poor value for money. We left feeling completely disappointed and, quite honestly, ripped off.

Il faut vraiment être très intime avec la personne qui partage notre chambre.

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour. En choisissant un hôtel 5 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un niveau de service à la hauteur de cette classification, ce qui n’a malheureusement pas été le cas.
Nous sommes des clients réguliers nous venons depuis bientôt 3 ans mais nous ne reviendrons plus .

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été froid et impersonnel. Un simple “bonjour”, “bienvenue” ou “bonne journée” semble pourtant être la base de l’hospitalité, mais ces petites attentions ont souvent été absentes.

Le service à la plage a également été très décevant. À l’exception d’une seule dame, qui s’est montrée souriante et professionnelle, le reste du personnel nous a donné l’impression d’un manque total d’intérêt pour les clients. Lors d’un déjeuner, nous avons commandé une salade sans qu’aucun pain ne nous soit proposé. Après en avoir demandé, un seul morceau de pain nous a été apporté, ce qui illustre parfaitement le manque de soin porté au service.

Ce sont peut-être des détails pris séparément, mais dans un établissement de cette catégorie, ils font toute la différence. Lorsque l’on paie le prix d’un hôtel 5 étoiles, on s’attend à une qualité de service irréprochable, une attention constante et un véritable sens de l’accueil. Malheureusement, nous n’avons jamais eu ce sentiment durant notre séjour.

C’est une réelle déception, car le cadre de l’hôtel est agréable, mais le service n’est tout simplement pas au niveau des prestations et des tarifs affichés. Nous espérons que ce retour sera pris en considération afin d’améliorer l’expérience des futurs clients.
