The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location and attractive facilities. The room was comfortable, and the overall setting has great potential for a luxury stay.
Unfortunately, the service did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. I had to make multiple requests before receiving assistance, and several concerns were not addressed promptly. I found flies in my room and requested spraying, disinfecting, and enhanced cleaning, but the response was disappointing. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and I often felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. In addition, the breakfast service was particularly disappointing, as staff appeared uninterested in assisting me while other guests seemed to receive more attentive service. Overall, the level of hospitality and customer care fell far below expectations.

Das Zimmer ist recht vollgestellt und nicht so groß, aber ausreichend. 4 Sterne Niveau aber auch alles in allem gut.

Être importuné par un client bizarre qui prend son petit dejeuner en meme temps et qui tourne autour de notre table , qui nous pose des questions personnelle et indiscrète, on est tres loin des standart des hotel 5 étoiles. Il nous a meme recher he sur la plage et a lâché son chien qui lui aussi nous a saoulé!! Trop bizarre cet hôtel et c'est clients mystères qui vous importune
