Good Location. Small property with only 12 rooms.
Pros:

Didnt Take breakfast

Cons:

Staff is not well trained. One guy who doubles up as a sweeper cum security guard cum housekeeper opened our romm while we were still staying there to "see" if we had checked out or not. THERE IS A SAFETY AND SECURITY CONCERN. All our stuff was lying open the way we left it but I consider this as an unauthrised access to my room.

Pleasant Stay.
Pros:

Very near - walkable distance from/to Trivandrum Central Railway Station. Compact. Not so expensive. But too good for the money.

Cons:

We reached during night - around 11.00 pm.. There was nobody in the reception. But a mobile number was exhibited. We had to call the number and wait for few minutes for the man to come.

The location is great. Walking distance from Trivandrum Central Train station and Bus station. The property is new, and there are quite a few restaurants nearby.

I haven’t stayed it was horrible experience when reached at property, front desk staff was unco-operative and don’t want
Pros:

They haven’t let me check in when reached at property stating my booking was cancelled 😡 i was forced to find new hotel from that property.

Cons:

There is not a single think i like about property when he denied the checking stating it cancelled. While booking.com showed its booked and confirm.

Pros:

Hôtel réservé au dernier moment,suite a un grave problème dans un autre.
Personnel très accueillant et serviable.
Chambre très propre ,calme malgré la proximité avec la gare (5 minutes à pieds).
Tout était ok

Rien a redire.

The hotel needs to improve its communication with customers. The information provided on booking platforms regarding payment was unclear. On Booking.com, it indicated that payment could be made at the hotel and that immediate payment was not required, and I had also received a booking confirmation. However, upon arrival for check-in, I was informed that the booking had been cancelled due to late payment. I explained that I had a confirmed booking. After I mentioned that I would raise the matter with Booking.com and began writing a complaint, I was then informed that a room had become available and I could proceed with the stay.

Better Beds I stayed in the hotel for 4 days they didn't change my linen even one day
