Pros:

Mon hôtel coup de cœur ! Et ma ville coup de cœur !
Il est l’entrée de la Valladolid et vraiment proche du couvent et de la Calzada des Los frailes ! A 5/7 minutes à pieds.
Un emplacement parfait et une devanture de bâtisse étonnante quand on sait ce qui se trouve derrière !
On se retrouve réellement dans un écrin de verdure, calme et reposant !
La piscine bien que petite fait parfaitement l’affaire !
Notre chambre était superbe ! Même si la porte de la salle de bain se ferme difficilement.
Le petit déjeuner est préparé avec soin par une gentille dame tous les matins !
Le personnel est fantastique et agréable !

Cons:

Plutôt une remarque qu’un commentaire négatif : mettre des tapis aux pieds du lit et changer les rideaux qui sont un peu petits pour la porte qui donne sur le balcon

Bell’hotel in posizione ottima. Struttura ben arredata, curata e con personale gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Suggeriremmo di segnalare meglio la struttura che da fuori non é facilissima da individuare e offrire almeno un parcheggio convenzionato

Dirty and run down - not deluxe at all. Very difficult to sleep here!

• Centrally located so the attractions were walkable
• The receptionist was informative about the area and had good English

Cons:

• Felt one step up from a hostel
• Breakfast was taken at shared table in the courtyard, and you were served the basics, eggs, toast, juice etc. So, you have no other choice but to share a table.
• Run by young men so lacked the female touch in the rooms
• The room was basic but had stairs which were rotting leading to the room and the door did not fit the frame properly so didn’t feel secure - we had to place our luggage cases against the door to ensure that there were no intruders
• The pool had no closing time, so one evening some of the other guests decided to use it at about 11pm loudly, and used a ladder, left around by the staff, to divebomb repeatedly and into the pool. Drunken, loud, obnoxious behaviour. We complained to staff at 2am who were indifferent. Our room overlooked the pool. Nobody stopped them. There seemed to be no rules or professionalism.
• The rooms didn’t feel properly cleaned
• The hotel and the communal areas felt run down-lots of items strewn around the place

Un giardino nascosto.
Pros:

Albergo molto bello, arrivando da fuori non te lo aspetti, sembra molto meno invitante di quello che si possa pensare, ma una volta entrati ci si ritrova in un vero e proprio giardino segreto. La camera è super accogliente e molto pulita, inoltre Jesus che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo a illustrarci tutte le attività principali della città e a darci dei consigli molto utili. Come posizione l'albergo è in una zona molto furba, appena fuori dal centro ma a solo 10 minuti a piedi da esso, vicinissimo alla strada coloniale più famosa della città e più ricca di ristoranti e negozi.
