All great apart from the breakfast
Pros:

Excellent remote location, clean and well maintained grounds, 2 pools to choose from, some nice activities available. Good to be in nature. Staff friendly overall.

Cons:

The breakfast was diabolical. There was zero selection.

Cons:

Nhân viên lái xe thái độ và tinh thần phục vụ kém, tôi thuê phải phòng ở trên núi cao đi bậc thang kéo 2 vali lên xuống rất vất vả, có báo lái xe hỗ trợ nhưng họ bảo việc này của hk, họ cần ở lại xe nhưng cũng không thấy họ báo về điều hành hỗ trợ. Lúc ra về thì vali từ xe điện đưa xuống oto tôi thấy lái xe cũng không ai hỗ trợ. Điểm chạm của tôi với lái xe rất tệ từ khâu đầu tiên. Phòng điều hành tôi có góp ý nhưng các bạn kĩ năng nhận góp ý chưa chuyên nghiệp, chỉ toàn phản biện mà thôi. Bạn báo tôi phòng trên núi chỉ phù hợp các bạn trẻ, thích trải nghiệm nên việc kéo vali với họ là phù hợp. Nhân viên phục vụ nhà hàng buổi tối thì tốt còn lại các khâu điểm chạm khác các bạn đều không cho thấy nơi đây có văn hoá của khu du lịch cao cấp mà họ cho thấy đây là khu du lịch vui chơi bình dân, đặc biệt lái xe.

Weird and wonderful. The rainbow slide was the big highlight!
Pros:

What a wild place to stay at. We came with a big group of friends. The rooms were comfortable and modern. Was nice to have the buggy to drive you around the resort. We loved the rainbow slide! Nice for a different experience with friends.

Cons:

The room had very little natural light. The staff were very friendly, but couldn’t speak any English. The restaurant staff were very overwhelmed with a group order. Patience is needed.
