התארחנו במלון הדירות הזה בירושלים והייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת.
השירות, הזמינות והרצון לעזור היו ברמה גבוהה מאוד, והמקום עצמו נעים, נקי ובמיקום מעולה.

במקור סגרנו 2 לילות לפורים, אך בעקבות המלחמה נאלצנו לבטל. טארק היה אדיב וגמיש בצורה יוצאת דופן, ודאג שנוכל לממש את 2 הלילות במועד אחר כשיתאפשר לנו להגיע. היחס האישי והאכפתיות שלו ממש בלטו מעל הכל!

חוויה קשה ולא נעימה בכלל. הייתי צריכה להגיע עם הוריי המבוגרים, ובמהלך התקשורת עם המארח הוא דרש מאיתנו לשלם מאות שקלים נוספים במזומן עבור שהייה בשבת
דבר שלא הובהר בצורה ברורה בזמן ההזמנה. כמשפחה דתית, וגם כשאין תחבורה ציבורית בשבת ואין אפשרות פשוט לעזוב, הרגשנו שמופעל עלינו לחץ לא הוגן לשלם סכום נוסף.
כאשר ביקשנו הבהרות ופנינו לעזרה מבוקינג, המארח הגיב בצורה אגרסיבית ולא נעימה, כולל הודעות קוליות כועסות, מה שגרם לנו להרגיש חוסר ביטחון ולוותר על השהות.
בנוסף, לאחר פנייה לשירות הלקוחות, הוחזר רק חלק קטן מהסכום (390 ש"ח) לאחר מאבק, למרות שלא קיבלנו את השירות בפועל.
ממליצה מאוד להיזהר ולבדוק היטב את כל התנאים מראש.
רמת שירותיות פשוט מזעזעת יחס תוקפני, חוסר כבוד מוחלט והתנהלות לא מקצועית.

הדירה מדהימה - מאובזרת לגמרי ומרווחת. סופר נקי ונוח.
בעלי המקום היו סופר זמינים ונענו לנו לכל בקשה וצורך. נהנינו מאוד ובהחלט נחזור שנית.
וכמובן, היתרון הכי גדול - חדר השינה הוא ממ״ד שזה היה מושלם!! בזמן של מלחמה זה נתן לנו שקט מוחלט.

לקח לנו קצת זמן למצוא חניה אבל אחרי סיבוב אחד מצאנו מקום חניה מעולה ונגיש מאוד..

I had a lovely stay at this place and would stay here again anytime.
Pros:

Very beautiful, brand new apartment in a quiet, residential area of Jerusalem. 8 min walk to the shuk. Staff was on site daily and they were super nice. Super speedy reaction time to requests.

Perfect. Central location. Well designed and decorated. Friendly and attentive staff
Pros:

Perfect. I stayed a week in two different rooms: very well planned and executed down to the smallest details. Has all amenities and tastefully decorated.
Tarik and rest of the staff were always helpful with every request or issue.

Cons:

Very central location for walking, yet take note there is no regular parking options on the area, if you have a car
