Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr schöne Anlage, wirkt recht neu, super Pool mit feinen Liegen, nur ein paar mehr Schattenplätze wären fein. Nähe zum Strand und kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautifully designed, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The location in Faliraki is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything you need. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully decorated with a luxurious touch. We highly recommend Kouros Home and will definitely be back!

Most relaxing holiday!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded expectations! The location is super: it's a calm and peaceful area near the beach, but only short walk to the buzz, restaurants and shops in Faliraki.

I loved the room, it was spacious and cute. The whole hotel felt really unique and authentic. The best thing for sure is the pool area. Even during the high season the atmosphere was calm and relaxed, no fighting over sunbeds at all.

The staff were kind and helpful. I felt cared for. 🫶 Most relaxing holiday, thank you!

Cons:

Wifi worked okay for vacation purposes, but was not 100%.

Hotelanlage, Lage, Frühstücksraum sehr schön. Zimmer für mich sehr enttäuschend.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig, trotzdem ist die Stadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal beim Frühstück war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, es wurde auch immer nachgelegt. Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Poolanlage sehr großzügig und sehr sauber. Auch der Frühstücksraum/Terrasse ist sehr ansprechend und sehr sauber.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück wäre wünschenswert. Die Zimmer waren für mich enttäuschend!!!Wir waren 3 Personen und hatten zwei 2-Bettzimmer. Beim ersten Zimmer war am Tag der Anreise die Badezimmertüre kaputt und es war keine Privatsphäre im Bad/WC gegeben. Auch trotz Türe, wäre die Privatsphäre nur eingeschränkt gewesen, da im Bad/WC nur eine ein Meter hohe Türe. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Kasten, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung ect. Glücklicherweise beschädigte der Handwerker am Montag ein weiteres Glas, sodass das Zimmer gewechselt werden musste. Dieses Zimmer war dann sehr schön und sauber. Das zweite Zimmer war für mich sehr sehr enttäuschend. Ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbenutzung (voller Preis für zwei Personen, obwohl nur von einer Person benutzt). Auch in diesem Zimmer gab es keine Privatsphäre im Bad/WC - nur halbhohe Türe!!! Im Badezimmer gab es kein Waschbecken. Dieses befand sich im Zimmer und bestand aus einem ca. 1m hohen Stein, welcher mit Glas eingefasst war. Sehr unhygienisch, da sich am Boden bereits Schimmel befand. Wenn etwas hinunterfiel, konnte es aufgrund der Höhe nur sehr schwer erreicht werden. (siehe beiliegendes Foto) Ablagemöglichkeiten für Handtuch bzw. Toilettenartikel waren nicht vorhanden!! Die Dusche war nur benutzbar, wenn man ein Handtuch um den Wasserhahn wickelte, da das Wasser waagrecht herausspritzte!!! Das Bett war sehr gemütlich, jedoch nur über eine höhere Stufe erreichbar. Für ältere Leute sehr mühsam. Auch in diesem Zimmer gab es keinen Kasten, lediglich neben der Abwäsche eine Stange. Als ich beim check in meine Unzufriedenheit über die Zimmer äußerte, erklärte mir die Rezeptionistin, dass ich mich mit booking com in Verbindung setzen könnte!!! Zum Zeitpunkt unseres check-in war das Hotel nicht ausgebucht, d.h. meines Erachtens wäre ein Zimmerwechsel - bei entsprechendem Entgegenkommen möglich gewesen.
