Book your stay at L7 HAEUNDAE by LOTTE for an unforgettable experience near Busan's stunning Haeundae Beach!

Important information:

Apple Pay cannot be used with an overseas card; please pay with a physical card;

The pool is open from January to June and from September to December at the following hours:
- 09:30 to 12:00
- 13:00 to 18:30
- 19:00 to 21:00 (Adults aged 19 or older)

The pool is free for hotel guests. During the off-peak season, the number of times you can use it is not restricted.

The pool is open from Peak season (July-August) swimming pool at the following hours:
- 08:30 to 11:00
- 12:00 to 14:30
- 15:00 to 19:00
- 19:30 to 22:00 (Adults aged 19 or older)

To maintain guests' safety and ensure a comfortable atmosphere, a rooftop swimming pool will be operated only for guests who have booked a swimming pool package from July to August. (Available via additional payment upon check-in.)

There will be regular maintenance on the second Monday of every month, so only three slots will be in operation. Please note this when using the rooftop pool. These days, the third slot is accessible for all guests, not exclusively for adults.

Regular maintenance dates in 2025: August 11, September 8, September 15, October 13, November 10, December 8. December 9

Breakfast rates differ for children and adults. Children's breakfast rates apply only if the child meets the age requirement. Only children aged from 4 years old (older than 49 months) to 13 years old (6th grade of elementary school)

Guests under 19 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Please note that third parties are not permitted to book on behalf of guests. The booker must be the guest checking in at the property.

Please note that all guests need to provide a valid ID at check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

El bar del Piso 19 poca variedad se comidas rápidas nada muy equilibrado una buena ensalada fresca para el almuerzo, y el encargado. No tenía modos amables .

Pros:

C'est un bel hôtel très bien placé, face à la plage. La chambre est assez spacieuse et petits cadeaux de bienvenue sont très intéressants. La chambre est nettoyée tous les jours, ce qui particulièrement apprécié

Cons:

Le barman au rooftop n'a pas l'esprit commercial, aucun sourire, on est vite reparti alors qu'on avait l'intention de boire plusieurs verres

Cons:

This is such a poorly designed and poorly run hotel that’s not worth the price. Such an inconvenient and disappointing stay.

The room itself is pretty spacious, but there was barely any table space/storage space to put your stuff, especially it’s a beachside hotel people naturally bring more items that will need to be washed, dried, layed out…we ended up having to put our clean stuff on the floor due to space limit.

There’s a sliding door to separate the vanity area and the room, but if you slide it, it then covers the mini fridge, kettle and hangers, it can’t stay in the middle, and it was really dangerous when people are handling hot water when the door slides.

The toilet is also unreasonably loud. It makes a big noise when flushing at night that kept waking people up. There’s also ONLY Korean on the toilet control, at such an internationally known travel destination some English for this would be appreciated. We’re experienced travelers and have seen many nice toilets, not this one though.

I fully respect reducing plastic wastes and supporting the environment, but not providing any amenities for a hotel this price is strange. There are plenty other environmentally conscious hotels where they provide communal amenities and people just take what they need. Having non provided at a 4-star hotel is way below standard. Also, the elevators are coded in a way that only 1 elevator takes everyone from top to bottom in one turn, while there are 3 other ones that’s doing nothing. We stayed on the 17th floor and out of the 3 nights we stayed at this hotel we had to be crammed in a tiny elevator that stops at every level trying to bring people down, when we got to the 4th and 5th floor everyone in the elevator were annoyed. The traffic shouldn’t be like this if all 4 elevators are running.

Fantastic location and view. A self contained room that you could enjoy all day and enough room.
Pros:

Its location, the view, the room layout and its cleanliness. You could spend the day in the room with that view. It had a great coffee machine in the room. The shower and bar were great with their views of the beach!

Cons:

Paper cups for the coffee and no wine glasses or corkscrew. Luckily we bought our camping ones from home for these occasions. Problem solved

הכל מושלם. המלון הכי טוב שהיינו בו בקוריאה הדרומית. צוות, מיקום, מתקנים, ניקיון, רמה.

היה רק דבר אחד מוזר רשום שיש א. צהריים במסעדת הבופה של המלון 12:30 עד 14:30. בגלל שהיה לנו לו"ז צפוף באחד הימים החלטנו להגיע לאכול במלון כדי להתארגן ולצאת לפעילות הבאה. הגענו ב 13:30 ולא נתנו לנו להיכנס, אמרו שכניסה אחרונה ב 13:00 ולא ראינו את זה רשום בשום מקום. היינו צריכים לצאת לרחוב ולהתחיל לחפש מסעדה וזה היה מתיש ואיחרנו לפעילות הבאה. אז לא לבנות על האוכל שם.
