Well worth the price, which for us, was ridiculously low.
Pros:

Very clean place. Nice beds. Good air conditioning and wifi. The neighborhood is nice with a number a good restaurants in walking distance. The staff are extremely quick to reach via whatsapp and were helpful with everything we asked them.

Cons:

Didn’t realize it is kind of far from the beach. Playa Norte is 40 minute walking north. The hotel helped us get a cab which is about 10 min or less and about $5 a trip. It can also be really loud at night. For some reason a group of people hang out in the yard every night as late as 1am and chat and play music.

Parfait
Pros:

L’espace, la cuisine, kitchenette, la douche eau chaude. La disponibilité des hotes, l’amibilite . j’ai pu louer un vélo.
Au calme sauf 1x par semaine quand il y a foot.

Cons:

Je dirais qu’il manque une lampe de chevet, un grand miroir.
Mais l’essentiel y est.
Ma remarque c’est pour améliorer l’appartement.

La propreté et le confort de la literie.

Cons:

Totalement excentré des centres d'intérêts. "Salle de bain" pas top, un tout petit filet d'eau dans le lavabo, à la première utilisation de la douche,une eau jaunâtre à dû être évacuée avant d'avoir quelque chose de correct qui coule du pommeau prêt à tomber du mur...

Nice way to have more of a local experience
Pros:

Spacious flat in a quieter neighbourhood. Enjoyed watching the local football (soccer) event hosted at the football court next door. The area has more of a local vibe than the touristy scene. Having the large supermarket, Chedraui, 5 mins walk away was a bonus. Kitchen was equipped with the basics.

Cons:

Shower head was broken so it was awkward having to hold it together to get decent flow of water, but it was manageable. It was hard to keep the bathroom floor dry because the shower curtain wasn't functioning well.

Cons:

Hizo falta un ventilador o aire acondicionado en la habitación que está la 2da cama.
No había un tender para colgar la ropa mojada.
Faltaban algunos utensilios para cocinar.

Clean, comfortable and I would stay here again!
Pros:

The location was good, near to Mango's cafe, and near to where my folks were staying. They also upgraded me to a different room which was wonderful.

Cons:

The communication could have been a little better/faster. There was a bit of a delay.

Good Apartment, but Ultimately Disappointing
Pros:

As our plans changed suddenly and we had very little time to prepare for the trip, we chose this accommodation rather carelessly. The apartment itself was spacious and clear, the host was always responsive and easy to reach.

Cons:

However, the location was a big downside. The building is right next to a busy road, and whenever a car or scooter passed by, the noise was so loud it felt like it was driving through the room. Although the description mentioned a nearby beach, we were unable to find it. The worst part was the ants — when we left some food on the kitchen table, a large number of ants appeared almost immediately.

100% Recomendable.
Pros:

El alojamiento es tal cual las fotos de la publicación, todo muy limpio, muy bien equipado. El anfitrión y la persona que nos recibió y entrego las llaves del alojamiento siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier solicitud, dudas y recomendaciones para disfrutar de una mejor estancia. Sin duda 100% recomendable.

Pros:

Le propriétaire est très arrangeant. Nous avons pu déposer les bagages avant l'heure et les reprendre après l'heure.
L'appartement est grand et hyper propre.

Cons:

La porte d'entrée du logement donne directement sur la rue bruyante.
Peu de vaisselle, nous avons été obligé de demander une casserole.

Amplio lugar. No muy equipado, para pasar una breve estadía en la isla.

Amplio lugar.

Cons:

No estaba equipada para 4 personas. La cocina no funcionaba, de hecho era un simple calentador. Al lado hay una cancha de futbol y hay muchísimo ruido. Las tarifas relación calidad precio, elevadas.
