La propreté et l équipement.

The location is excellent, right in the most attractive tourist area of the city, just a short walk from the promenade and the beach. The room and the shared areas are modern, clean, and well maintained, with regular housekeeping ensuring everything stays in great condition.

Een plek om naar terug te komen!
Pros:

De ligging (vlakbij een bushalte) , de prachtige & authentieke inrichting van de kamer. Het bed en het kussen liggen heerlijk, badkamer is schoon en de keuken is fijn!

Cons:

Graag had ik een meer gedetailleerde en simpelere uitleg willen ontvangen over het gebruik van de voordeur en de deur op de 4de verdieping.

Nu was ik 2x 10 minuten bezig om binnen te komen. En dat is niet zo leuk.

Een uitleg op de deur is misschien een idee!

Jättebra läge i centrala Alicante. Mysigt och bra värde för pengarna.
Pros:

Toppenläge! Rent och fräscht.

Cons:

Trapphuset höll på att renoveras och det var lite svårt att ta sig upp till fjärde våningen.

Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war sehr gut. Die Lage war top, alles war in der Nähe und gut erreichbar von Flughafen.

Cons:

Während unseres Aufenthalts fanden Bauarbeiten statt. Außerdem war es kompliziert, die Haupttür mit der App zu öffnen, aber wir hatten eine alternative Lösung.

Cucina attrezzatissima con addirittura sapone per i piatti, coltelli di tutti i tipi per affettare, taglieri, capsule per il caffè che non mancavano mai. All' inizio del soggiorno era tutto pulito e splendente. Posizione vicina a tutto, eccezionale

Cons:

Verso la fine del soggiorno la pulizia non era più buona e secondo me gli spazi comuni un po' maleodoranti. Non funzionava l'aria condizionata negli spazi comuni

Pros:

Everything was great. The hotel is located close to the sea and the sights. Everything inside the hotel is modern, with excellent air conditioning, a refrigerator, and all the amenities for a comfortable stay. A huge thank you to the staff! This is a wonderful place.

We had a lovely weekend in the property, and would book it again.
Pros:

Great location in the middle of lots of restaurants and bars. Well equipped with comfortable rooms, and a well appointed kitchen.

Cons:

We had an issue opening doors with the app, as there are two doors to negotiate. Our host came out and sorted it all out for us.
