Really good.
Pros:

Perfect location, good size room, everything was spotless clean.

Cons:

There was a fridge in our room that was not working, and they were installing a new elevator and because of that we had to use the stairs in a constructions zone, unfortunately I have Acrophobia (high phobia). All minor problems and transitory issues wont affect any stay in the future.

Pros:

Everything was very clean (room, shared bathrooms, kitchen), also very well equiped. Comfortable bed. We also had a coffee left from our host which was very helpful and kind. :) Location is great, everything you need is around the building.

4th floor without elevator

I didn’t like the system for open the doors. Need to have a smartphone (battery and memory)

- Great location for walkability
- Very clean and tidy
- Multiple bathrooms, never had to wait to use one
- Kitchen well equiped

Cons:

- Very, very loud. The benefit of the location in some regards is also its negative. Every single night there was many groups of drunk people right outside the apartment talking/shouting/screaming. At the weekend this went on until 6am
- Was not possible to sleep early here and then get awoken the next morning very early by new guests arriving or other guests leaving.

Overall it was good.
Pros:

Good Facilities. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Cleaner came often however the cleaning products smelled very very strong which I didn’t like as there’s little air flow in the corridor

Cons:

There was work happening in the building. A lift being fitted into the building which isn’t a small job making the stairway very dirty and slightly unsafe. Would’ve liked to know more than 12 hours in advance.

La ubicación es correcta.

Cons:

En cuanto al personal, no hay nadie. Todo por WhatsApp sin presencia física de nadie. Te dan instrucciones sobre la descarga de una aplicación que funciona regular. De hecho, estuve más de media hora a la puerta del apartamento sin poder entrar a casi las 2 a.m. porque la segunda llave virtual ponía "sin conexión" y no podía entrar a la casa. No me gustó nada esta atención. Había obras en la entrada de la escalera y un montón de polvo, suciedad e incomodidades para entrar y salir de la finca. Escalera estrechísima (difícil subir con una maleta), y es un 4º sin ascensor. Además de todo esto, el precio me parece excesivo para una cama que usé apenas unas horas.

Séjour agréable, joli appartement.
Pros:

Très bien situé, joliment décoré et propre.

Cons:

Je n’avais pas été avertie qu’il était situé au dernier étage sans ascenseurs. La caméra dans le hall me donnait l’impression d’être épiée. Gestion à distance mais bonne réactivité

Hermoso, pero con sorpresas ....
Pros:

Todo es impecable, muy limpio, buenos muebles, bien equipado, bien ubicado.. muy lindo todo dentro, pero ...

Cons:

Ingrata sorpresa encontrar que tenía que subir 5 escaleras estrechas con una valija. Y además tuve que bajar una aplicación para el check in , que no era muy amigable. Ninguna de ambas cosas se menciona en la página de booking

Estacia muy cómoda y bien ubicado, lo recomiendo.
Pros:

Es muy cómodo y bonito. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Todo va con códigos, sin llaves físicas, muy fácil. Baño espacioso. Ubicación cerca de la estación de trenes, la estación de buses y del puerto.

Cons:

Al leer el anuncio entendí que era un apartamento entero. Me sorprendió ver que eran 5 habitaciones que compartían cocina y baños. Pero ningún problema.
