I lost an earring in the room, but the staff were quite dismissive and never followed up. Really disappointed.
My family and I stayed in a family connecting room, which was spacious and comfortable. However, the bathroom was a little cramped. The breakfast was decent, especially the scrambled eggs and nasi lemak. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, particularly when assisting us with upgrading from a single room to a family connecting room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was also delicious! Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I stayed in the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable. The AC works fine and the bed is comfy. The vibes is giving New York ish
The room service starts a little late which is at 12pm, the parking space is open, no netflix, just a regular tv channel, no kitchen (just microwave and a sink + coffee cups)
