Ok but many things to improve
Pros:

Staff was very nice and polite.. the tv was ok, toilet was nice too.

Cons:

We got upgraded from deluxe plus to 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment was average, the flooring is not really in a good state as there’s one part in the master room where the flooring is loosen. One of the aircond’s bottom part was also detached. And one one of the bed frame was bigger than the mattress, which is very inconvenient to see. Overall the cleanliness of the apartment was very not satisfying, with the wall, sink and tiles were not clean. Not sure if our original booking for deluxe plus would worth better since for the price but if not, then really does not worth paying much for a room which does not seems to be well maintained. Also no bidet which is very surprising for a hotel in malaysia.

I love the location of the hotel with a nice Mountain View.

I don't like the door is not working well and the dark color theme is making it harder for staff to do a proper cleaning.

Perfect place to stay in Ipoh
Pros:

This is our preferred hotel whenever we go to Ipoh. Good location, nice clean rooms and bathrooms, professional yet friendly staff and free parking. Highly recommended.

Good location, good parking. Room not cold, no other outlet apart from a cafe.
Pros:

Parking is ample and good.

Cons:

Room aircon is not cold despite setting to highest fan and lowest temperature. The bar at the lobby floor has been converted to a function room. That is a big minus for travellers to relax and meet friends.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Good location. Peaceful and quiet cos it's away from the town center. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice views at the rooftop

Hotel is great but restaurant lets it down
Pros:

The rooms are excellent and finished to a high spec. The pool is great and the gym has a decent range of equipment.

Cons:

Both the service and quality of food is poor. Breakfast selection is limited and feels mass produced. I also had dinner there which was disappointing.

Adequate hotel for a short stay if where you are heading is nearby. Better options in town.
Pros:

The cleanliness and location of the hotel are the stand-outs for me. Most of everything works. The reception was fast and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is getting old and for the price it charges, some new hotels in town are better options. Some of the furnishing in the room are getting old like the hair dryer. The car park is also rather limited. There are nights on the weekend when you can't find any. The internet is also rather slow at times.
