Outstanding views - more attention to detail needed to get it to 5 star

Breath-taking g views. Fabulous and convenient location.

Cons:

Cleanliness of outside areas eg external glass balconies. Beach bar not clean, rusty shutters, dirty sink. Air conditioning in room not efficient. Gym was poor - small, restricted hours and insufficient free weights. Running machine kept turning off.

L hotel è nella parte bassa di imerovigli e la posizione della stanza era defilata. Con la prenotazione pensavamo di avere una vista completa della caldera

Śniadanie na podstawowym poziomie. Obsługa przy śniadaniu fantastyczna.

Cons:

Czystość leżaków na tarasie przy barze, czystość na tarasie przed pokojem. Więcej personelu obsługującego. Często nikt nie odpowiadał na recepcji . Przedostatniego dnia straciliśmy światło. mimi naszej prośby nikt nie przyszedł naprawić.

Pegasus was one of the best values of our 3 1/2 week trip. The location and view are amazing!!!
Pros:

The location and view was spectacular. It’s in a quiet spot at the top of the hill with plenty of restaurants within a short walk.. about a 15 minute walk to Fira, The staff was amazing and super helpful. They helped us rent a car for the day which we drove to Oia and also their wonderful beaches!

Cons:

The restaurant at the hotel is just average, the breakfast was just ok. The walk back from Fira is quite an uphill grind.

The great view from my room, and the sservice I got from the staff. Also the breakfast was excellent.

Can't think of anything. My wife didn't like the mattress in the bed, but ither than that nothing.

Very good deal with amazing view and services
Pros:

An amazing hotel with an amazing view. By far the most succesful hotel on my travel.
Breakfast was extremely good.
The staff was more than helpful and very nice!
The hot tub is an addition which is mandatory I believe, you shuld take it.
The view is much better than the island's famous cities.

Cons:

On the town there are no street and numbers, so finding the place of the hotel is extremely hard. Find how to get there before you arrive.
It was a bit hard to shut the door of the bathroom, for a luxurious hotel as this, I am expecting to a bit more attention for fine details.
The suite inner area was not very big, but you do get a sun terrace
which approximately doubles the area that you get.
Overall fine details, not an experience changer by my opinion.
