Convenient but disappointing room and facilities.
Pros:

It served our purpose for an overnight stay and is near to Louvre Lens.
Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was very shabby and shower was broken.

Personnel, agréable, logement, agréable, pas de clim
Pros:

Franchement l’établissement, il est incroyable surtout pour l’été

Cons:

Seul point négatif, il n’y a pas la clim, c’est une catastrophe dans les chambres avec les canicules qui se cumulent, il faut impérativement la clim

Hôtel un peu vieillot mais personnel très agréable et bon emplacement de passage

Personnel agréable, hôtel en zone commerciale donc autant être prévenu(e), piscine en accès libre, petit déjeuner vraiment bien

Cons:

Un bon rafraîchissement ne fera pas de mal, surtout dans les chambres, le parking est plutôt étriqué

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble malgré deux changements de chambre
Pros:

Chambre très propre et excellent petit-déjeuner. Le personnel a été globalement très accueillant.

Cons:

j’ai dû changer de chambre deux fois en raison de la présence d’insectes. Cela a été très stressant, surtout en voyageant avec mon chat. Heureusement, l’équipe a accepté de me changer de chambre rapidement.

Parfait pour ma famille et moi !
Pros:

Très grande chambre, et propre. De plus, c’était très calme avec vue sur un petit terrain d’herbe.
Le monsieur nous ayant reçus à l’accueil à notre arrivée était très accueillant et agréable,
Il nous a bien expliqué comment se rendre à nos chambres.
