Disappointing but clean and great location. A good price for downtown Seattle.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness plus free parking.

Cons:

They shouldn't say they offer breakfast...the first morning it was granola bars and water bottles. The next day the tin of cookies was empty and no water bottles. The front desk staff barely acknowledged us at check in, check out and "breakfast." They were just sitting there looking at their phones. The elevator was broken the entire time. The rooms are in the process of being remodeled. The bathroom had a lock on the outside of the door. The tub had been resurfaced but was very slippery.

Bon emplacement et bon tarif, mais mieux vaut ne pas y aller en hiver.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien placé, la déco semble récente.

Cons:

Aucune isolation thermique, une couverture à peine assez grande pour le lit et chauffage effroyablement bruyant. On a eu froid toute la nuit.

Opět se rád zastavím.
Pros:

Poloha, čistota, parkování, poměr s cenou.

Cons:

Snídaně jen do ruky by mohla být bohatější, wifi nedosahovalo do všech míst pokojů.

Formerly KING's INN - Great location and Good value - Still being renovated
Pros:

The price was good value. The location was good. Room was clean.

Cons:

The property is still under renovations and there was equipment in public areas. The two men at the front desk I interacted with were not welcoming and tended to be standoffish. My room was newly renovated and was generally okay. There were still wires exposed on the wall surface and painting was not high quality. The hot water in the sink and shower was only luke warm (not hot). The continental breakfast was a sack with some items in it.

Pros:

We were able to walk to the monorail. Locked up at night. Grab n go breakfast (orange, banana, Danish, granola bar and water).

Cons:

Toilet did not flush all the way (afraid to use it).No plug in the bathroom to use hair dryer, very little counter space. Mirror missing on wall in room (holes). Suprized Wyndym it's associated with this property. Bed was not comfortable. Blinds on window could be seen thru/around.

Alright, nice staff, weird rooms.
Pros:

The location was pretty good, nice staff, donut shop next door

Cons:

Very very nice staff but you will have to have them let you in after 10 pm. Very ghetto looking, not nice inside. Garage is hard to pull out of for sure! If you have a big vehicle NOT FOR U.

Fine for one nite, no more.
Pros:

Price and location were good. All new amenities.

Cons:

No "breakfast" on Sunday. Bathroom is microscopicly small. Very thin walls. Really tight parking.
