Hermoso hotel bien ubicado y con mucho que ofrecer durante tu estancia en Cusco. Totalmente acogedor, silencioso, con habitaciones limpias y amplias y ducha caliente. Las camas además eran muy cómodas y el estilo de las habitaciones muy bonitas. Deberás pagar por el radiador eléctrico pero merecera la pena hacerlo porque las noches en Cusco son frescas. El desayuno fue excepcionalmente bueno y podías disponer de agua caliente para hacerte infusiones durante todo el día. Muy buen servicio de guarda equipaje aunque lo que más destacaríamos fue la amabilidad del staff, especialmente de la Srta María, que siempre fue atenta con nuestras peticiones y muy servicial.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten dort unser Gepäck für ein paar Tage sicher aufbewahren. Frühstück in Buffet-Form, für ein Hostel-Frühstück recht abwechselungsreich. Sehr sauber, gute Dusche. Nicht weit von Hauptplatz und dem Busbahnhof mit collectivos nach Pisac.
Wir waren zwei mal dort, beide Male hatten wir Zimmer mit Fenster zum Treppenhaus, was nicht ideal war, aber auch nicht sehr schlimm. Vor allem bei der ersten Aufenthalt - da waren wir im ersten Stock. Das zweite Mal war das Zimmer oben - da war es ruhiger. Beide Zimmer ziemlich klein.
Muy buen desayuno, dan buena fruta, si sales de tour muy temprano te empacan jugo, fruta, galletas. Se puede pedir mantas polares extra, pues hace mucho frío. El dia que entregamos la habitacion salimos de tour todo el dia y nos permitieron bañarnos en la noche antes de partir para nuestro proxuno destino, eso fue genial, muchas gracias!!!
La cama la tienden con un cubrelecho que pesa mucho y no da calor, pero se soluciona con la manta polar extra que se pidio
