Las habitaciones son limpias, el personal muy amable y atento y la ubicación muy buena, en el centro, rodeado de comercios y restaurantes.

Cons:

No me gustó que las cortinas son muy finas y claras y al amanece muy temprano entra mucha claridad, yo pondría unas cortinas más oscuras.

Siempre dan ganas de visitar Cusco.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, respondían a nuestras consultas, cuando teníamos tour y había que salir de madrugada nos daban un paquete con snacks y refresco en compensación por no tomar desayuno ese día, además al salir nos pidieron taxi para ir al aeropuerto lo cual nos facilitó nuestro retorno.

Cons:

En los días que estuvimos alojados lamentablemente no teníamos cable de televisión, nos dijeron que la compañía de cable aún no iba a sus instalaciones a arreglar la señal de cable.

Tudo incrível, desde limpeza até atenção dos funcionários! O mais legal é que fazem box de café da manhã para os dias que saímos antes do horário do café para os passeios (maioria dos dias). Os quartos são confortáveis e eles limpam todos os dias. Foi maravilhoso, super indico!

Buona posizione, pochi servizi
Pros:

La posizione sicuramente comoda, in una via isolata ma comoda!

Cons:

Acqua della doccia non caldissima e la tv era enorme ma non collegata e mal funzionante.
Alcune incongruenze come non mettere asciugami per terra altrimenti fanno la multa ma c’era un tappetino della doccia di lanetta sporchissimo.
La cosa però un pochino più grave non essendoci riscaldamento in camera abbiamo chiesto una stufetta ma non avevano neanche quella, la camera internamente era freddissima!
