Lack of cleaning consideration from people that stay there that need to be improved.

We were a little bit confused with the main door lock but we can manage it.

Very noisy, we knew it was on the high street, but we had to keep the window open cos it was so hot, there was a door that locks that takes you to the kitchen & bathroom, we weren’t sure if this was for our own personal use or for other people to use it felt like it was meant to be shared as they was half empty coke bottles in the fridge, we asked for the WiFi we were told it’s on the wall looked all over couldn’t find it, messaged the owner again he didn’t respond eventually found it outside the studio it was that tiny you would miss it, overall it was cheap for what we wanted, but wouldn’t stay again

At the time of booking I did not realise from the photos that the bathroom was shared. .... that is my own fault. However the room is very small, the windows are not blocked out properly with good curtaining, therefore very difficult to sleep in. There is no aircon only a VERY small insignificant fan which doesn't work when there is a heatwave in the UK. The sheets are thick therefore not very comfortable for summer. I don't even think my daughters landed up using the accommodation as they realised that they would not be able to fit themselves and their luggage in the room.

La camera terribile. Il rumore essendo posizionato su un incrocio e dovendo per forza tenere la finestra aperta per il caldo.
La pulizia, capisco che il bagno era in comune, ma quello almeno una vota al giorno deve essere pulito. La doccia era tappata, il lavandino lo stesso....

Was on a loud and busy road.

No internet which meant no TV. Was told it would be fixed on a few hours on the first day, that was not true. After that all my phone calls and messages were ignored by Bruno. The internet didn't work the whole time we were there, so no live TV
The guy who was supposed to assist on the phone ignored my calls and messages, this was borderline rude. Communication is everything and a message takes seconds.
There was a broken chair. It collapsed when my wife sat on it.
Not sure if the sofa was a sofa bed, but there was no room to open it anyway.

Customer service was shit
They didn't gave us any fan even i was with a baby and it was boiling.
First they gave us a room which was not double and has only 1 small desk fan. It was 35 degrees i kept calling them to just take some extra money and give me another room with AC they refused and refused to give me another fan as well
Then after continuous request i got moved to another hotel but when i went there they didn't give me entry code and i waited there for an hour with my family .
After 1 hour when i get the code we entered the room and there was no fan 😬
I keot calling them but no body answered and then we bought our own fan .
It was worst experience
Never recommend it
