Exceptional stay at clean and friendly property
Pros:

Location was in a secure location. Plenty of parking. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied each day.

Bad staff, lost reservation and not helpful when requested help.
Pros:

Nothing. Lost my reservation and took 30 min to tell me I do not have a room.

Cons:

I tried 3 times to reschedule this stay. Every time staff were hard to deal with. Showed up on day of reservation. 30 minutes waiting to find out I do not have a reservation. It also had a security fence and you had to be buzzed in.

Pros:

Everything was very good and all the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning ladies and breakfast people were friendly and helpful. The room was great and the hotel's location really convenient.

Cons:

Minor things: That the pool was closed. The temperature in the room was tricky to manage. We only had one small trash can in the bathroom, it would've been helpful to have a second one.
