Moi Ella exceeded our expectations by miles. First of all we couldn’t have asked for a better location, right up in the mountains and trees (although a half an hour drive away from main ella town but we didn’t mind). The infinity pool was just exceptional, looking out over the view, and the jacuzzi was great. On the first night we went up to the rooftop balcony and stargazed - I have never been anywhere at all where the stars were more visible and it was an amazing evening. We ate at the restaurant on both nights and the rice and curries were so tasty and they even let us have a pudding from the buffet for free (even though we ordered from the à la carte menu)! We also saw a stunning sunrise from the rooftop area. The staff were so kind as well.
It was a little noisy one of the nights from other guests but not too much trouble.

Breakfast was lovely, good choice for any taste. Cant beat location. Peaceful, picturesque, quiet. Worth staying out of hustle and noise of Ella. The views are spectacular.

No bath mat
Great location if you want peace and scenery…. Loved the view from my room, while it’s a bit dated, it’s well kept, I had no issue with cleanliness. Nice place to stay if you want peace and quiet.
The next door room was noisy…. But it’s not the hotel’s fault, lack of consideration to other occupants is lack of moral awareness.
Het personeel was geweldig! We hebben zo een warm en fijn welkom gehad, dit is ons hele Verblijf zo geweest. We kregen een mooiere kamer en we konden onze was laten wassen.
Zowel het ontbijt als avond eten was heel erg lekker (en grote porties) en werd met aandacht geserveerd.
Het uitzicht, de prachtige zwembad en drankjes bediening waren de kers op de taart.
Echt een heerlijk verblijf gehad.
