Broken beds and bad attitudes
Pros:

Very patchy service meant we were left stuffed with various problems with the room. The AC didn’t work properly, but the receptionist laughed and indicated it was me not switching on properly. The bed was broken - yes the actual bed, unstable, sloping and impossible to sleep on. Worse still, it was a known issue. We moved rooms the second night, I asked for the sofa bed to be made up for my daughter. It was not and when I asked again, a different receptionist laughed and said “not my problem”. I had to contact our tour company to have sorted otherwise we would have walked out.

Cons:

Errr beds that are not broken and have sheets on them. Also AC.

Otelin konumu iyiydi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi yardımsever ve ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Oda çok küçüktü, banyodaki cam paravan çok kısaydı, her yer su oldu. Oda ve banyo havasızdı. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak azdı.

Pros:

Väldigt hjälpsam personal. Tjejen i receptionen hjälpte oss med glädje och gjorde sitt bästa för att lösa problemet. Det gjorde oss mycket nöjda.

Cons:

Frukosten borde kunna vara bättre. I ett land där det finns gott om billig och färsk frukt och grönsaker kändes frukostbuffén lite fattig och hade kunnat erbjuda ett större utbud.

Prima hotel met stijl op een toplocatie.
Pros:

Zeer goede locatie om het centrum van Tirana te bezoeken met de meeste bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ook had ik een zeer ruime kamer, inclusief een grote badkamer met douche en apart bad.

Cons:

Slapen met raam open kon niet, want veel herrie van verkeer. Ontbijt had wat meer afwisseling mogen hebben.
