Leuk voor 1 of 2 nachten.
Pros:

Prima kamer, goed bed, stevige kussens.
Locatie top.
Zal het prima aanraden voor 1 of 2 nachtjes maar niet voor lange tijd.

Cons:

We zaten op de eerste verdieping, en er was erg veel lawaai van de receptie. Er staat stil na 22.00 maar zelf was ze rond 23.00 nog luidruchtig aan het bellen. Het hotel is heel gehorig, andere hotelgasten hadden hier ook last van en die zeiden er net wat van voordat we zelf heen wouden lopen. Vervolgens meerdere keren ‘s nachts wakker geweest door lawaai en geluid op de gang en daar weg.

Smerige badkamer, gele aanslag tegen de tegels.
De hele badkamer liep vol water als je stond te douchen.
Een groen lampje aan het plafond die ‘s nachts de hele kamer verlichte.

Die Lage war gut, das Hotel liegt in einer belebten Straße.

Cons:

Das Bad war nicht sauber. Es lagen überall Haare. Das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig und insgesamt hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gestimmt.

The staff makes the hotel. Good for one or two nights.
Pros:

The staff were excellent and reception area and rooftop nice. The room was large and had a small balcony. The room itself was clean but quite basic for a 5 star rated hotel.

Cons:

It sadly was not 5 star. There were some dirty marks on the bathroom walls and door which should have been noticed during housekeeping. Mould in the sink and around shower base. The hand soap dispenser wasn’t clean, neither it nor the shower gel had been filled. It was a nice enough stay for one night just needed a bit more attention to cleaning. There was no iron in the room.

Non c’è stato un aspetto che mi sia piaciuto più di un altro: struttura pulita, posizione ottima e personale eccellente. Nel complesso, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del soggiorno.

Надо было платить наличными, хотя мы бронировали картой. В ванной комнате, не было ни одного рулона туалетной бумаги. В номере не было питьевой воды

Pros:

Camera spaziosa e luminosa. La reception era aperta 24/24. La donna che era presente durante la colazione era molto gentile. Posizione strategica sia per prendere il bus sia per fare una passeggiata in centro.

Cons:

Il personale alla reception ci ha avvisati all'arrivo che non dispone del Pos e, avendo prelevato in Lek, abbiamo avuto commissioni alte. Non hanno rispettato il valore della conversione, quindi abbiamo speso più del dovuto. Inoltre abbiamo chiesto le due bottiglie di acqua gratuite e non sono mai arrivate.

Per chi parla solo la lingua italiana come noi, sarebbe stato comodo avere un interlocutore che parlasse anche pochino la nostra lingua per avere le indicazioni di base per visitare la città di Tirana e come poter raggiungere località limitrofe.
A parte questo particolare, mi ripeto TUTTO OK!!!
