Gezellig en centraal gelegen

Fabulous location for the beautiful mountains . Maria was a wonderful host who responded quickly to any queries. The apartment was ideal with outside sitting areas both in the shade and the sun. There was always plenty of hot water for showers . We could cater in the apartment or eat out in the many restaurants which are an easy drive away. The pool was beautifully kept and in a lovely location . We had breakfast and it was excellent . It is a quiet and unspoilt area of Spain and we could get into the mountains easily . The apartment and hotel is adults only so is quiet and a great place to have a holiday. The flowers and gardens round the property are maintained really well cared for and full of colour. We would recommend it fully.

The host was super nice and helpful! The room were very clean. We had a wonderful stay here. 10/10 when visiting Potes.

Wunderbare Gastgeberin, ruhige Umgebung mit schönem Ausblick auf die Berge zu beiden Seiten, schöne Wanderwege... unsere Woche in der zweistöckigen Apartment Suite war sehr erholsam, wir würden wiederkommen.
Zur Begrüßung gab es neben einem Starterset auch Eier von den eigenen Hühnern ☺️.

Heel mooi, centraal gelegen, appartement met mooie tuin en fijn zwembad. Heerlijk om bij te komen na een dag in de prachtige Picos.

Zeer vriendelijke hostess, erg meedenkend. Verse eitjes bij aankomst. We mochten groenten plukken uit de tuin voor het eten. Prima oplaadplek voor de elektrische auto (weliswaar traag maar 24x7 beschikbaar). Lekker zwembad, wasmachine incl. wasmiddel en droogrekjes etc. Nette accommodatie met moderne inrichting. Gratis wijnproeverij met hapjes in de aangelegen bodega. Mooi uitzicht op de bergen! We mochten elke dag de kippen groenafval voeren.

Echt een top verblijf gehad! Super aardige gastvrouw en een appartement waar alles op en aan zat. Met een prachtig uitzicht

Wat een heerlijk verblijf, je voelt je hier meteen thuis. Een oase in de Picos. Er zijn hotelkamers en in een oud gebouw ernaast zijn appartementen gerealiseerd. Wij zaten in nummer 3, met prachtig uitzicht van het balkon aan de voorkant en nog een terras aan de achterkant. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien, waarbij de "antieke sfeer" onaangetast is gebleven. Het appartement is schoon en zeer goed uitgerust, aan alles is gedacht, alle details kloppen, tot en met de kleur van ketel en koffiezetapparaat met de achterliggende muur.
Het hele terrein ziet er zeer verzorgd uit, alles is keurig en fleurig. En dan na een warme dag ook nog 's zo'n heerlijke plons in het zwembad. Alles ademt aandacht en liefde, DANK aan gastvrije Maria en haar (tuin)man.
Ik heb veel reiservaring, dit verblijf was een "snoepje" en kan eenieder aanbevelen hier te verblijven.

Die Unterkunft kommt ihrem Namen vollumfänglich gerecht. Die Ruhe und die Natur rund um die Finka sind einfach fantastisch. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort verbracht und wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Aussenpool war aufgrund der eher aussergewöhnlichen Hitze schon im Juni eine willkommene und herrliche Abkühlung. Unser Appartement war sehr geräumig, sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet für kleinere Malzeiten (Frühstück oder ein kleines Abendessen). Die legendären Eier der hofeigenen Hühner lagen schon bereit, einfach wunderbar. Auch die Ausgangslage für Wanderungen in den Picos ist hervorragend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

The small development of apartments and hotel are brilliantly located on a small hill about 4 kilometres outside Potes. The views are spectacular, the facilities including the pool were brilliant and everything that you might need is provided. Although English is not widely spoken and why would it be, communication was easy and without any difficulty.

There are numerous places to go and visit, Fuente Dé being one of them. There is a most fantastic restaurant at La Cohecha called Peña Sagre, the views, whilst you are dining are out of this world, it is not a long drive, but it is quite steep.

Potes, the local town has a wide variety of shops and restaurants and is certainly worth a visit.

Planning any itinerary is best done with the help of those who live locally, they know all of the special places to visit.

For peace, quiet, uninterrupted views and a feeling of real calm, you might struggle to find a better location.

Maria was absolutely fantastic and was minded to make sure that everything was to our liking.
