Pros:

Loved the clean modern rooms, the whole hotel room and all smelled really clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable, staff kind. Absolutely recommend and will be back next time I'm in the area!

Nice stay in Palm Springs
Pros:

Nice stay overall. My first impression of the room wasn't great as it felt a bit dark and small, but the updated bathrooms were a nice touch. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Friendly staff and a pleasant experience overall.

The Dines offers a relaxing, stress free getaway.
Pros:

The pool area is large with plenty of space to sit either in the sun or the shade. It is very clean and well maintained. The rooms and common areas are also well maintained and clean. The AC works very well. The location is perfect being walkable to downtown. There is also plenty of free parking.

Cons:

Perhaps tea should be offered in the morning in addition the the coffee in the lobby.

Staff was very nice and on site 24/7; location was great; pool and recreation area was very nice; retro decorations were good. Free parking. Free coffee service in the lobby. Good snack and travel items available in lobby for sale.

Cons:

There was no dresser or piece of furniture to unpack our suitcases. We lived out of our suitcases for two days. Had we stayed longer that could have been an issue. The air conditioner blasted air on the bed right next to the unit.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable room in an excellent location right downtown, near restaurants and bars. LOVED the retro Frigidaire refrigerator. The customer service staff was very friendly and attentive. Paulina and Lupita were especially friendly and courteous.

Cons:

There are no microwaves in the rooms. Having them would make this place even better than it already is.
The towels are not the best quality, nor very white. Nicer towels would elevate the experience.
