Our stay was nice and would return back.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nur mäßig funktioniert. In der Nacht hatten wir noch knapp 30 grad im Zimmer.

Nettes Hotel im Zentrum von Palm Springs
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage. Betten bequem. Zimmer sehr sauber. Bad neu renoviert.

Cons:

Zimmer sind klein. Klimaanlage laut und gleich neben einem der Betten (wie leider oft in Amerika)

The Dunes PSP
Pros:

Room was good and stocked with extra towels etc... Another good aspect was the snack and goodies room available 24 hrs. Huge plus.

Cons:

I never found an ice machine, but then I didn't find the ice bucket till the morning in the mini fridge. Not the best place for it unless you're advised of it.

Excellent Hotel in Downtown Palm Springs Near Arenas Street Bars
Pros:

My room was large and very clean. The pool area was very nice. The hotel was only a block walk to the Arenas bars street & several very excellent restaurants. Hotel close to the two Palm Springs Art & Design Museums. The store beside the reception area was convenient & had a nice variety of beverages & other items. Excellent security with exterior doors to hotel having a code as well as the room. Plenty of parking. Excellent nearby Vietnamese restaurant on other side of parking area.

If I come back to Palm Springs, I would definitely stay here again. I have recommended this hotel to a friend who will be visiting Palm Springs later this year.

Cons:

There were no negatives or things that I didn’t like.
