Check-in is from 3.00pm onwards. Should you wish to arrive a little earlier, you are more than welcome to join us in our bar for a drink or two; alternatively, we'd be more than happy to store your luggage while you explore the local area or make use of the club facilities.
Check-out is 11.00am.
Our Pulse Bar and Restaurant is open throughout the day for you to enjoy at your leisure. Please be advised that pre-booking is not necessary.
BREAKFAST
Breakfast is available 7.00am to 10.30am Monday to Friday
and 7.30am to 10.30am on weekends and bank holidays.
LUNCH
Lunch is served daily from 10.30am - 3.00pm.
DINING
Dinner is served daily from 5.00pm - 8.30pm.
Throughout your stay, you have complimentary use of our on-site pool, pool side facilities and gym. Studio Classes are also available, please contact reception on the day to check class availability and to book your space.
We can confirm that we have specific family swim times, please see below for your information:
Monday to Thursday – 10.00am to 11.00am then 3.30pm till 6.00pm
Friday - 10.00am to 11.00am then 3.30pm till 7.00pm
Saturday to Sunday, Including Bank Holidays – 11.00am to 6.00pm

Value for money, use of pool and SPA facilities included. Room and bathroom clean .
Unfortunately an emergency problem being fixed in the kitchen so no food available that evening. They did phone in advance to let us know the situation.
A great location. The rooms are generous and the large bed was comfortable.
The Spa facilities and pool were good.
The porridge was tasty for breakfast.
The room was very tired and dated. Think of a 1980’s County Club room that has not been updated.

1. The food was average at best, the drinks were expensive. Breakfast was a bit of a disaster with items missing until I pointed it out. Poor food for a good venue.
Rooms clean and spacious enough but no bedside sockets to charge phone. Fantastic gym
kitchen service slow and got worse over the evening, suspect low staff levels
Very friendly staff. Everything you need all in one place. Excellent Rooftop views & extremely peaceful.
Hairdryer was broken in the room. Bed was slightly uncomfortable & noticed the bottom part of the sheet on the bed was grubby.
Room wasn’t as nice and the one before but assume you are going through a refurbishment
