Location was excellent for hubby as used the trail next door. Famous trail. Kings Point is a beautiful area. Liked the sitting area down by the river for guests. Very peaceful. The room was large enough and quiet. Very clean and the shower was awesome!
Would have liked a better sitting area in the room. A loveseat instead of a chair so two can be seated.
Very clean and comfortable. Super modern. There was an Iceberg 3 min drive down the road. Nice hiking but black flies.
It’s not exactly in a picturesque location but if you’re travelling around Newfoundland all places don’t need to be super pretty.

Very nice dining room, pub and rooms. Either recently renovated or a new building. The 2 dinners we have were excellent. Very clean.

The noise from the restaurant was past 11pm. Air conditioner was extremely loud.
Modern room with good bed and large shower.
Had to wait for staff to arrive in order to check in. Bar right next door, but they shut down at 10pm. Rather isolated location
Kings Point was a lovely surprise. We booked Roy’s since it was our halfway point travelling from St. Anthony to Twillingate. Roy’s accommodations were “modern” and the restaurant was excellent. Service and food were excellent exceptional. We checked out the Whale museum, saw a huge iceberg right off the shoreline. I would highly recommend stopping here.

Alles wirkt neu renoviert, war sehr sauber und das Personal super nett. Man kann alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung. Und ja, es gibt eine Bar, aber vor 22 Uhr geht doch eh keiner schlafen.

The food at the restaurant is really good.
The room was very well appointed. The dining room and meals were very nice.
Breakfast was not included, so it would have been helpful to get a recommendation as to where we might get breakfast.
the facility had an upscale restaurant, a bar and 3 rooms. we rented 2 of the rooms and found them to be extremely clean and modern including the bathrooms. king's Point was a stopover on our way from the northern tip to Twillingate. The town was interesting located on a cove with some cute shops. we enjoyed our supper at Roy's restaurant and then breakfast at a lakefront inn towards the main town.
the bar was located between the rooms and the restaurant. the wall separating the bar from our friend's room was paper thin. they heard everything in the bar. the good thing was the bar closed down at 10:00 pm so after that it was very quiet.
Clean. Quiet. Space to work. Delicious dinner. Staff cheerfully went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable.
1)) A really good work space lost big points due to low, plastic, uncomfortable chair, and insufficient electrical at the desk. Suggest a power bar on the desk. 2)) Suggest you consider joining hotels moving to scent free cleaning products in rooms. Allergies to fragrance are becoming more and more common. 3)) Secondary locking device (swing bar lock) on door would have felt more secure.
It's is a lovely little motel and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant is decorated nicely and the food was good. The pub was enjoyed.

Large room with a very comfortable bed. Loved the shower, too. The bedside lights were unique and very useful.
Having a nice restaurant on site for dinner and receiving 10% off because you are a guest is an added bonus. You can also get ice at the bar to take back to your room.
