Pros:

The room was spotless, hotel standard bedding in what appeared to be a newly renovated building. The bed was comfortable. In the village, very close to restaurants.

Cons:

Poor sound insulation, heard other guests bathroom use due to internal sanitary pipes and inadequate insulation.
Upstairs from a pub with nighttime live music until approximately 01.00. Only consolation was the music sounded quite good! But I'd been up at 05.30 that morning and would have appreciated the extra few hrs sleep.

Pros:

Perfect location in Miltown Malbay. Very accomadating regarding request to have later check out as we were attending a wedding nearby. Edel in the bar is a fabulous lady, we popped in for a drink and had great conversation with her. Highly recommend a stay here and will return soon.

Beautiful accommodation for a great price.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Comfy bed, beautiful shower. We had the apartment room which included a kitchenette with a fridge and toaster in addition to a kettle which was lovely. Would highly recommend

Cons:

Property itself is faultless but no onsite parking is a downer. Parking is free but hit and miss on the street for a limited period of 2 hours up to 6pm. Location wise we couldn’t find anywhere nearby for breakfast so had to drive out each morning.
