Pros:

Zimmer sauber und gross, modern. Personal war sehr freundlich. Nach dem Einbruchsversuch beim Auto, wurde mir anscheinend der Garagenplatz für die letzte Nacht geschenkt. Danke!

Cons:

Man hört jeden Schritt vom Zimmer darüber, dass war richtig mühsam. Im Kühlschrank war 1 Gratis-Wasserfalsche, sonst leider gar nichts. Auf dem Bett ein Rauchverbot Zeichen zu sehen als ein Goodie ist auch nicht wirklich einladend. Während des Aufenthalt wurde versucht beim Auto einzubrechen auf dem Aussenparkplatz. Reception ist nur während kurzer Zeit bedient.

Nice Hotel in Rotkreuz, everything went smoothly
Pros:

Clean and very comfortable room
Everything is well foreseen and optimized, we feel good in there
The kindness of the personal, particularly those of the restaurant (which is excellent by the way !)
The great great location, with bus and train at the bottom of the hotel
The insolation of room (very quiet and well tempered)

Cons:

The checkout at 10am max
The price
The expresso coffee at the breakfast (very dry in mouth)
The blurry info regarding the options for reserving a parking place

Kein Personal am Eingang. Wir haben kein Code bekommen und konnten nicht hinein.

Cons:

Das Frühstück Preis-Leistung finde ich ziemlich teuer. Es war gut aber für den Preis hätte ich etwas mehr erwartet zumal das Restaurant am Abend wirklich super fein ist.
