Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

Sahur Buffet will be serve from 4.30am till 5.30am at The Straits Estate Restaurant, level M3 during Ramadan.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Clean spacious room and surrounding.
Pros:

Clean room which is the most important to me. Close to eateries. near to my office which is newly opened in Bangsar South. Provide filtered drinking water. room is spacious.

Cons:

there is a label pasted on the toilet mirror saying your hotel is providing filtered drinking water tap but it did not point to that tap. I can only guess that a tap beside a normal faucet is the drinking water tap. I hesitated to drink from the filtered water tap but i did it anyway. The labelling could be clearer imo.

Very good location. Infrastructure of the hotel is good. Rooms are spacious. Beds are very good.

Cons:

(Some?) rooms are old and must be urgently refurbished. Housekeeping lack a checklist for the cleaning of the rooms (some areas e.g., below the sink, are not properly cleaned). Some of the replaced towels are dirty or worn out => they should be replaced by new ones. Mentioning that point at the reception desk did not lead to any reaction from the management.

Excellent stay with clean, spacious rooms and top-notch facilities. Highly recommended!
Pros:

Had a really pleasant stay here! The lift service was fast, so there was never a long wait. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. All the facilities were well-maintained and in excellent condition.

Parking was easy and convenient, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The highlight for me was definitely the bathroom – it was exceptionally clean and very well kept.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Will surely come back again!

great value fo money
Pros:

I stayed at the residences side, and not the hotel side this time, and i recommend choosing it. While it is apartment/condo style; the space, number of rooms, absolutely perfect for long term work related stay.

The corner room with full window view that is set up as a work/business room is the highlight.

Kitchen is well stocked with needful cutlery, and room service is very smooth experience.

Wifi is a bit lacking
