Important information:

Please note that during the winter months only three heated pools are open.

Guests are asked to wear an identification bracelet of the Club hotel Eilat during their stay.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian for the whole stay.

Please note that on Saturdays and the final day of Jewish holidays, check-in is after 18:00 ,and check-out is possible until 14:00 .

When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply - 50% prepayment will be charged immediately after making the reservation.

Please notes that once the reservation is completed, there will be no option to change the name of the guests.

Children under the age of 17 are not allowed to use the gym.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

חזרנו לקלאב הוטל, ואי אפשר שלא להרגיש שהמקום נשאר כמעט כפי שהיה לפני כ־30 שנה, כשהגענו אליו עם הבנות הקטנות. מבחינת הנראות הוא בהחלט מיושן, אבל בפועל קשה לי למצוא על מה להתלונן.

החדרים מרווחים, השירות מצוין, ויש מבחר בריכות שמתאים לכל אחד: פעוטות, ילדים, ילדים בנפשם, וגם מבוגרים שמעדיפים לשחות בשקט, בלי קפיצות והשפרצות.

בשעה 6:00 בבוקר גיליתי שהקומקום בחדר מלא אבנית וחלודה. דיווחתי לקבלה, ותוך כעשר דקות כבר קיבלתי קומקום חדש. נכון, עדיף היה לוודא מראש שכל הציוד בחדר תקין וראוי לשימוש, אבל במקרה הזה איכות השירות פיצתה על התקלה.

לסיכום, למרות שהמלון כבר אינו חדש, התחזוקה, המרחבים ובעיקר השירות האדיב והמהיר הופכים את השהות בו לנעימה מאוד.
