Deutlich mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Sehr sauber und die Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Keine Auswahl beim Frühstück und zwei mal gab es genau das gleiche.
Den Spa Bereich muss man mindestens eine Stunde vorher anmelden und dann 25 Euro pro Person extra bezahlen.
TV ging nicht.
Vor dem Fenster brennt ein Licht, was Nachts richtig nervt.
Keine klimatisierten Zimmer.
Man hat sich nicht richtig Willkommen gefühlt.
Ausnahme: Bedienung im Restaurant

Pros:

Der Ort.
Staff aus dem Ausland aber sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hat in einen Hügel und auf eine Bau Schutt - Müllhalde geschaut.
Sauberkeit ok. Badezimmer sehr schlechter Zustand.
Besitzer eher unfreundlich.
Frühstück ok...
Definitiv kein 4 Sterne Standart

Naja das Hotel ist überteuert,standort ist ok zum Ausschalten fpr einpaar tage.
Pros:

Gross und weiträumiger Essbereich,lage an der Natur war auch super,schöne Aussicht,Frühstück,und das Personal welches das Frühstück zubereitet hat.

Cons:

Zimmer Schmuddelig,Klima hat nicht funktioniert,personal für späten Check in kein English
Draußen sehr laut,ganze nacht bellende Strassen Hunde

Bár nyilván pechünk volt a szobával, én nem próbálkoznék itt újra...
Pros:

A szálloda maga nagyon szép, nyilván a szobák többsége nagyon klassz, napfényes és legalább valamilyen kilátással rendelkezik; a reggeli rendben volt, a személyzet kedves; a szálló jó helyen is van.

Cons:

A szobánk egy hegyfalnak támaszkodó oldal hátsó szobája volt; kilátás nem volt, de természetes napfényt sem kapott; egy ablak nyílt az egyébként előlről beépített hegyoldalra. Szerintem ilyen szobát nem szabadna kiadni...
A szobában láthatóan felújítás zajlott, a fűtőtest környéke meg volt bontva és ideiglenesen visszahelyezve a darabok; a fürdőszobából hiányzott körben a felső díszléc (ez önmagában nem volna zavaró), de a ragasztódarabok végig látszottak, ami már bántó. A fürdőszobában a szappanadagoló valamikor leesett a falról, az csak úgy oda volt helyezve; ezek azért egy négycsillagosnak mondott szállodában problémák. Lehet, hogy az volt a baj, hogy nemzeti ünnepen mentünk és akkora volt az igény a szállásra, hogy minden szobát ki akartak adni (mondták is, hogy telt ház van), de ezt azért nem kellett volna...

Estancia maravillosa
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, además tiene gimnasio y cuarto de juegos para niños. Aunque lo mejor fue la atención recibida por las personas del hotel. Le hicieron un regalo a mi hijo porque era su cumple y le invitaron a un postre! Muy atentos.

Hôtel location (close to the lake) and recommendations from staff (restaurant & activities)

Cons:

Hôtel equipments (sauna… Not everything was working) knowing that we had to pay extra & atmosphère (too dark / not that much outside light in facilities).

Ha del potenziale ma rinnovatelo!
Pros:

Camera carina e bella sala colazione

Cons:

Il bagno era sporco e in generale molte cose dell’hotel sono rotte e decadenti (non c’era un gradino che non fosse rotto, bisognava stare attenti a non cadere)
Colazione abbastanza scarsa e non buffet, probabilmente perché eravamo pochi ospiti

Too Hot, Limited Breakfast, and Difficult Access
Pros:

The hotel is almost new.

Cons:

The rooms were far too hot, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited options and little variety. Access to the hotel from the street is also quite difficult, as there are stairs and no lift, making it far from accessible, especially for guests with mobility issues (in our case with a baby and a baby trolley)

המקום חדש מאוד, הכל נקי והצוות פשוט מקסים! הגענו באוגוסט ונהננו לקום כל בוקר לנוף המדהים של ההרים. בעלי המקום עזרו בכל דבר, היו מאוד נעימים וחברותיים. צוות העובדים ממש מקסים, כולם עוזרים כל הזמן ודואגים שהשהייה תהיה הכי טובה שאפשר. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, חדר כושר עם מכשירים מגוונים וחדישים, ספא נעים מאוד ומפנק. מומלץ בחום

Clean, good location, nice views

Cons:

Bad service, felt like they were avoiding us like the plague even though there were barely any people. Had to walk up to the bar to get anything even though we were one of three tables there. Didn’t have a wine list, and they were not able to make any drinks. Even though we visited off-season there were so few people there that I would expect to get good service. They served us an Aperol spritz that was only Aperol. When asked about the different wine options we only got the price ranges, not any description of the wines, even though price doesn’t really tell us if a wine would be to our preference. Overall quite the bizarre experience. I think the staff could use some basic training when it comes to service considering that they advertise the hotel as more of an upscale hotel. The spa department was closed. The rooms were also very hot since we visited in the summer.
