Hotel mit Top-Lage, jedoch mit hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit und unzureichender Belüftung in den Zimmern
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine rolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Sapa. Die Besitzer waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf Anfrage wurde das Zimmer täglich gereinigt und kostenlos frisches Mineralwasser bereitgestellt. Außerdem kann man direkt im Hotel verschiedene Touren und Ausflüge buchen, was sehr praktisch ist.

Cons:

In den Zimmern herrschte eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Meine Kleidungsstücke waren nach vier bis fünf Nächten komplett feucht. Auch die Feuchtigkeit und der teilweise muffige Geruch haben meinen Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Im Badezimmer funktionierte zudem die Lüftung nicht.

Très bon rapport qualité prix! Chambre propre avec rangements. Salle de bain propre et bien ventilée!

Cons:

Pas de nettoyage de la chambre en 3 nuits mais pas très grave en soit. Mais avec l’humidité (normale pour cette ville), de nouveaux draps n’auraient pas été de refus. Mais ça n’entache pas la qualité de l’hôtel pour son prix!

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and attentive to every detail. Many local restaurants nearby, very close to the lake. My view had a bit of lake view, very open. Zero distance to the bus to Lao Cai!

Recommend only for a very short stay
Pros:

The staff are friendly and allowed us to check-in early. The location is great - a short walk from both the main strip (with plenty of cafes and restaurants) and the night market. Room cleaning (which was needed with the wet room) was available but we did have to enquire about it on a few occasions.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable - springs were digging into us as we slept, the mattresses probably needed changing years ago. The WiFi connection was really poor - we could barely load a restaurant menu from our hotel room. The walls are very thin, we were awoken most nights by other guests opening/closing doors and even some ducks/chickens in the early hours. The bedroom did have a window but it had a privacy film over it to cover an unappealing view - this was disappointing as the room was advertised as having a mountain or lake view. Finally, the bathroom emitted a really strong smell of sewage which got worse as the stay went on. Underneath the bed they had placed a small bottle of essential oil to freshen up the room but it did little to improve the situation.

Pros:

Le personnel était très agréable et bienveillant, l’hôtel était très bien situé et très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

La chambre reste un peu humide après la douche mais cela nous a pas trop dérangé.

Okay for the price
Pros:

The room is big, staff very friendly, hotel has elevator and is well located.

Cons:

The place doesn’t look like the photos. There was a damp smell throughout our stay, and although there was a window in the bedroom, we couldn’t open it because there was a pile of random stuff outside. The bathroom fan wasn’t very powerful, so our towels and the floor were wet all the time.

Pros:

Khách sạn giá cả phải chăng, phòng sạch sẽ. Vị trí nằm ngay giữa chợ Sapa và Quảng Trường Sapa, đi bộ tầm 600m ra đến 2 đầu. Nói chung mình hài lòng, giá cả ok. Bạn lễ tân nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khách lắm.

Face value and friendly staff!
Pros:

The location is great without walking distance to anywhere you really need to be in SaPa for tourism. The staff were amazing; I arrived super ill from the trip and they were amazing trying to accommodate me for an earlier check in. Very friendly and helped me get a taxi at the end of my stay to go get my coach back to Hanoi.

Cons:

I had a pleasant stay, however I would have give a higher score if the cleaning was a bit more thorough.

Pour les très courts séjours
Pros:

L'emplacement est proche du centre et au marché

Cons:

1)-Très bruyant de la part des hébergés qui ne respectent pas la consigne de ne pas faire du bruits à partir de 22h - 2 nuits avec 2 groupes de personnes différentes -chambre non isolée acoustiquement
2)-pas très confortable sans le tapis de sol ou serviette par terre devant le lavabo lorsqu'on est pieds nus.
