Very convenient for an early flight
Toilets are a fair bit away (150mish) from the pods and be prepared for no showers
I originally made my reservation for the VATC Terminal 1 location by mistake. I was traveling from Nha Trang to Hanoi on a domestic flight into Terminal 1, then needed to collect my luggage and go to Terminal 2 for an international flight. The VATC location is one or two levels downstairs from the main entrance and ticketing floor. There are elevators behind the information desks, which is helpful if you have luggage or prefer not to use the stairs. VATC is located before airport security screening. There are no bathrooms inside VATC, but bathrooms are available just across the hall. There is also a luggage storage service across the hall for a fee. Everyone I met at VATC and at the luggage storage area was pleasant, and the customer service was excellent. My wife and I were able to rest and sleep comfortably, and this was my first time using a service like this. I felt it was good value for the money. One important note for older travelers or anyone with mobility concerns: there are bunk beds. I took the top bunk, and at age 70 I was able to get up and down without much difficulty. However, if you have mobility issues, I would recommend considering a lower bunk if available. Overall, I had a positive experience and would consider using VATC again.

Well the air conditioner was very noisy.
I had understood that the toilets were shared, but not that they would be so far away.
It was in the airport and saved precious time. Also for a pod, very comfortable

Le lit en hauteur n’a pas de barrière, c’est pas top pour la sécurité surtout pour les enfants!
L’emplacement est loin des toilettes publics sont assez loin et pas de douche.
En résumé ça dépanne mais le prix est excessif pour les prestations.
It was great we arrived at 1am in terminal 2 and had to make our way for 11 am flight in T1 and the when we saw the pods they where amazing, clean, functional... and the staff lady sleep was so nice and friendly.... defo do it again if going through the airport.... the only issue I faced was the Grab taxi where not running and had to take a none Grab taxi ---- bring cash

Toilet is too far
We had a business trip flight and found this sleep pod, which was extremely convenient since it is located right inside the airport. There were also many food and drink options nearby, and the receptionist kindly gave us discount vouchers as well.
The only slight inconvenience was that the sleep pod is located in the landside area after arrival, and there are no pods available inside the departure waiting area. Hopefully, they will have one there in the future.
I had a late-night flight, so I was very fortunate that they were still open. This place is very convenient for anyone with an upcoming flight since it is located inside the airport. There are also many restaurants nearby, although most of them were closed because it was quite late at night
The receptionist was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the check-in process and introducing the room to us, even though they looked quite tired
If I have the chance, I would definitely come back again!
The stay was wonderful, the room had a cozy atmosphere that was perfect for 2 people. Our flight was delayed due to the weather, so we decided to book a room for the night. They also kindly provided us with snacks and drinking water, which we truly appreciated
