Pros:

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Das Hotel und die Parkähnliche Anlage sind Top gepflegt. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich. Der Pool (ca. 80 x 25m) ist der Megahammer. Das Frühstück war genial und das Abendessen im italienischen Restaurant war hervorragend. Wir wurden angenehm durch ein Upgrade überrascht: Wir haben kostenlos eine Premium Suite mi ca 80qm Grundfläche bekommen. Alles in Allem eine Top Unterkunft.

Cons:

Dieser Hinweis betrifft nicht das Hotel unmittelbar, sondern bezieht sich auf den öffentlichen Strand. Ich habe noch nie soviel Müll gesehen. Das Hotel bemüht sich vergeblich den Teil des Strandes in ihrem Abschnitt sauber zu halten.

Great option for a layover.
Pros:

Room, which was upgraded to a suite, was beautiful.
Property is very handy to the airport, which is what we wanted for a short stay.
Staff were very friendly, and helpful. Porters for luggage around the grounds to rooms were excellent.
Pool is beautiful.

Cons:

Restaurant is disappointing and very expensive for the mediocre quality. Wait staff were hard to catch - not paying attention to us at all. Surprising given there were very few customers and the staff elsewhere in the property were excellent.

Sehr altes und verbrauchtes Hotel

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft wirkt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer riecht es sehr muffig und der Geruch ist kaum auszuhalten. Die Kleidung nimmt den schlechten Geruch leider an. Wir waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht da. Die Möbel sind heruntergekommen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist eher für Bali teuer und dafür nicht unbedingt gut. Das Hotel sollte einmal renoviert werden. Wir verstehen die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht!

Great position, nice and quiet, lovely room, comfy bed

If I had to start near the airport again I'd stay here.

Cons:

While the property was very nice you could see it was getting dated and wear and tear starting to show.

For a type of hotel like it was i was surprised it didn't have a better Spa with it own dedicated space rather than in one of the rooms.
