It was excellent, good location and good staff.
Pros:

Excellent stay. Has all faculties I needed. The travel guide within the hotel, super helpful when organising the Ha Guang loop.

Cons:

Lack of iron for clothes.

Pros:

We had booked a one-night stay at this hotel, but upon arrival, I met a guest who recommended a trip to Sapa. So I asked the hotel manager to cancel and go straight to Sapa. The hotel manager Mr. Tommy helped me cancel the reservation for free of charge.

Pyszne śniadania i dobry stosunek jakości do ceny

Bardzo dobre śniadania i duży wybór ,lokalizacja,wygodne pokoje,możliwość zameldowania o 11.00

Cons:

Trochę się zdenerwowałem gdy okazało się że nie ma pokoju o 11 tylko o 14 ale obsługa się postarała i wręczono mi klucze o 11.30 spore szpary pod drzwiami
