Pros:

バルコニーからの眺めは最高。一部屋しかないけど

Cons:

窓が割れていて、閉まりもしなかった。そのため夜は虫がベッドにたくさん飛んできて不快だった

The room was ok it was just the only room on the ground floor situated at the end of a long corridor next to the laundry

We possibly had the worst room in the hotel on the ground floor next to the laundry which ran all night. Luckily we only booked for one night.

If you only care about location, then it's great. If you want to sleep, look for a different hotel.
Pros:

The location is really close to the center of Hanoi. There's a Circle K across the street which is convenient. The staff are professional enough.

Cons:

The bed isn't comfortable. The rooms are extremely loud making it very difficult to sleep. The pictures don't represent what the actual place looks like. It's much more run down than the pictures would suggest.
