Looks like a 5 star hotel but it doesnt feel like a 5 star hotel! Waste of money.
Pros:

Fairly modern and flashy looking especially when you walk in as expected of a supposedly 5 star IHG hotel. Room was spacious and clean, the toiletries smell lovely - bathroom is nice overall. Nice breakfast with a barista to make your drinks, fresh eggs station and french-toast. I think this is a good functional hotel for businessmen and you see alot of them around. Many meeting rooms.

Cons:

A weird stand-alone building with bare land all around it- location is terrible. Then we had a faulty iron and it stained out clothes- we had it replaced. Our stained clothes were not compensated. Room service was terrible. We would turn on ‘room service’ and nothing would get done when we come back hours later so we had to call to get the room cleaned each time. The pressure in the rain shower was very bad. The dining area wasn’t always kept clean- crumbs on the seats, napkins and cutlery missing. Not much variety for the hot food- was the same daily. Staff were cold and had zero communication skills. No value for money- seemed like a waste! I’ve has better service at a 3 star hotel. Remember- the service makes a hotel 5 star not another marble slabbed reception.
