The reception was magnificent, friendly, helpful with tours and taxis. Very neat and comfortable room. Good breakfast. It is also central.

Super lokacija, uredno i prostrano!
Pros:

Jako uredno. Odličan omjer cijene i kvalitete. Jako pristupačno osoblje koje je stalno na raspolaganju. Svidjelo nam se kako doručak rade na licu mjesta, friška i ukusna hrana.

Mega süße Unterkunft, wir können sie auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Der Host ist sehr lieb, antwortet schnell und gibt viele Tipps. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und das Bett bequem. Das süße Frühstück hat uns auch überzeugt und fast alles ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen

Oltre il ponte a 5 minuti da tutto
Pros:

Personale gentile (tanti consigli per visitare la città), ottimo succo offerto all'arrivo. Stanza ampia, armadi e appoggi. Bel balconcino. Vicina al centro città (non proprio al centro, oltre il ponte ma a 5 minuti). Buona colazione da ordinare il giorno prima (frutta freschissima).

Cons:

La struttura è una home-stay quindi bisogna essere consapevoli che non è un hotel. La struttura è pulita ma non pulitissima. Le lenzuola non avevano proprio un buon profumo. Un po di polvere in giro. Qualche vermetto/farfallina di troppo.

L’hotel è piccolo e situato in una posizione leggermente defilata dal centro, quindi tranquilla, ma comunque molto vicina alle vie principali della città.
Lo staff super gentile ci ha organizzato i transfer a My Son e Hue (con tappe a Montagne dj Marmo, Hai Van pass e Lang co) a prezzi più competitivi rispetto ad altri preventivi ricevuti.
Colazione molto buona a scelta tra 5 proposte di menu.

Very good value for money
Pros:

The room is so big and nice!! This is very worth it and such a luxurious experience, from the living room, kitchen, to the rooms. It’s just that it has no elevator so not recommend for elder people to walk 3 flights of stairs. The staff or owner is nice and the lady assisting her. Will definitely recommend to people

Cons:

I like everything, it’s just that I would suggest that they have bike rental on their own or they partner with people who do bike rentals.

Pros:

Yhe host helped us wuth any request, even after we left the place. Got us better prices, warned us about scams and was available immjdiatly. The location is perfect, very clean and comfort rooms.
The room had everything we needed.

Cons:

- שרותי הכביסה פחות מוצלחים, עדיף להשתמש בחנויות יעודיות לזה שלא חסרות
- הבריכה נחמדה לטבילה קצרה, פחות לישיבה כיפית מסביב לבריכה
