Nothing - bad service end to end.

Cons:

I had a terrible experience. There was ZERO coordination between Aurum and Booking.com. I specifically mentioned on the app that I was coming with my parents - when I reach - I find the lift is not working (they are expecting sr citizens to climb 2 flights of stairs)- no information was translated despite informing in advance. When I mentioned I want an immediate cancellation - the staff at Aurum couldn't care less. Luckily found a much better hotel on Makemytrip. Won't be using Aurum or Booking.com again after this pathetic experience.

My stay at Aurum Keys by Vyda was a flawless 5-star experience! Biju and Benny at the front desk greeted me warmly and upgraded my suite, making check-in a breeze. The breakfast buffet was a delightful array of fresh, varied dishes that elevated my morning. Housekeeping, led by Kushal, kept my room pristine with thoughtful touches. With stunning city views and a supremely comfortable bed, Aurum Keys by Vyda is a true gem—highly recommend!
