Pros:

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, letto molto grande, camera esteticamente bella

Cons:

Erano presenti solo due prese elettriche in tutta la stanza, entrambe ad un lato del letto (abbiamo risolto chiedendo una presa multipla alla reception) doccia leggermente scomoda

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The bed was amazingly soft and the shower was though to get out of so good

Cons:

It's next to a hospital so it could het a bit noisy but i did not mind it at all

We had a lovely stay at this family-run hotel in Chiang Rai. It’s a super cute and cosy place, and you can really feel the personal touch that comes with a family-run hotel.

The value for money is excellent. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient for exploring Chiang Rai. Don’t expect luxury or a fancy resort — this is a simple, comfortable and charming place, but it has everything you need.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even helped us arrange a day tour, which made everything so much easier, especially as we only had a short time in Chiang Rai.

Overall, a lovely little family hotel with great service, a good location and an excellent price for what you get. We would definitely recommend it! ❤️

Pros:

La entrada y las instalaciones (propias de la zona, bastante naturaleza). Hay botellas de agua en la nevera, cosa que se agradece con el calor que hace. Aire acondicionado.

Cons:

No nos dejaron entrar antes ni alargar el check out, aunque nos permitieron estar en la recepción y nos guardaron las mochilas.

Molto bene, non per tante notti
Pros:

Comodo, vicino al centro anche se leggermente defilato. Struttura pulita e personale accogliente, ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare un'escursione con driver privato ma che poi abbiamo fatto altrove. Ci abbiamo passato una sola notte.
Ottima qualità prezzo.

Cons:

La camera potrebbe avere qualche presa in più magari vicino ad uno specchio.
La nostra camera dava davanti l'ospedale e al mattino c'era un vigile che fischiava incessantemente per guidare il traffico... non è colpa della struttura però se è sempre così è da considerare per chi vuole dormire (magari per avere camera in altra posizione), per fortuna dovevamo svegliarci presto comunque.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMMEND THIS HOTEL
Pros:

I arrived late evening, long flights over 20 hours, go to my room, try to take a shower and the trickle was less than adequate
It was the WORST SHOWER so I reserved another hotel and moved out the next day, of course, they refused any adjustments to the charges, so I was out the full amount.

Cons:

THE SHOWER/ 3RD FLOOR NO ELEVATOR, SO A 72 YEAR OLD CARRIES HIS BAGS/ NO ADJUSTMENT OF CHARGES

L’hotel rispecchia le foto, le camere sono grandi e molto pulite. Ottima posizione.

Cons:

Avevamo avvisato che portavamo i bagagli prima del check-in ci avevano dato la loro disponibilità per farlo. Quando siamo arrivati, non c’era nessuno e abbiamo dovuto aspettare e rimandare i nostri programmi, dopo mezz’ora non arrivava nessuno e abbiamo lasciato i bagagli nella loro reception.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très joli hotel, très bien situé et propre.
Le personnel est très gentil et la chambre est agréable.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Malheureusement les lits sont durs et pas confortables.
